Ottimo soggiono nel Hotel California
Pros:

L’hotel è situato a pochissimi passi dal centro, infatti si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse (per esempio nella stessa via dell’hotel ovvero Via Ricasoli è presente la Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze, dove si trova il David di Michelangelo).
All’interno dello stesso è presente un bar/terrazza con vista Duomo, infatti sono visibili il campanile di Giotto e il cupolone della Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.
Lo Staff molto cortese e disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.
C’è anche la possibilità nel giorno del check-out di lasciare i bagagli per usufruire delle ultime ore disponibili prima di prendere il treno o qualsiasi altro mezzo.

Excellent location, but some issues to be aware of
Pros:

We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Florence.

Cons:

One thing we didn’t like was that the property information did not clearly mention that a fee had to be paid in cash, which created an uncomfortable moment since we didn’t have cash with us at the time, although it was eventually resolved. Also, the elevator was not working to reach the reception area, which was difficult after a long day of travel, and the bathroom was quite small and narrow.

Pros:

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole nel cuore di Firenze!
Hotel in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal Duomo, comodissimo per visitare la città a piedi e vivere tutta la magia del centro storico.

Le camere sono spaziose, romantiche e curate nei dettagli, ma soprattutto impeccabili nella pulizia, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

Un grazie speciale anche al personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a far sentire gli ospiti accolti con il sorriso.

Esperienza super positiva

Cons:

Cosa migliorerei? durante le pulizie i sacchi di biancheria nei corridoi, rovinano un po’ l’atmosfera elegante e romantica dell’hotel.

Бяхме настанени в стая с баня и тоалетна за инвалиди. По пода на банята имаше вода, но не от къпането. Уведомихме рецепцията, но нищо не последва.
