L'acces à notre chambre necessitait de monter des escaliers, puis de prendre 2 ascenceurs différents, et de devoir ouvrir 2 portes lourdes sécurisees... vraiment ce n'est pas ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hotel 4 ETOILES!!!!

La cercanía con el Duomo y la Galería y en el centro turístico.

Cons:

Se queda corto para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Pero lo compensa la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación.

Würde wieder dort wohnen, aber es ist schon etwas teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Dom und zum historischen Stadtviertel. Traumhaft!

Cons:

Der Concierge war zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber trotzdem hat er mir nicht das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.

Pros:

Very central location, basically a 2 min walk to Duomo. I had booked a single room but got a free upgrade to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and came with all amenities you'd expect from a hotel room - only thing missing was a kettle/coffee machine.

Cons:

The aircon unexpectedly turned on at 2:00 a.m. and was very loud. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn it off. You also hear everything from the neighbouring rooms/hallway.

Pros:

Posizione ottima!

Cons:

La struttura è molto trascurata, le pareti andrebbero ridipinte, in stanza la serratura del bagno non c’era ed è stata tappata con uno scottex, nell’altra camera la luce in bagno non funzionava
La doccia era senza antiscivolo, ho rischiato due volte di scivolare
Molto rumore per i corridoi e proveniente dall’esterno anche in piena notte
Colazione con poca scelta, non buona, e soprattutto ingestibile con una scolaresca, troppi pochi tavoli a disposizione e organizzata molto male

Location e gentilezza del personale

Cons:

La stanza era piccola per essere proposta come un quadrupla. Zanzare in camera, sinonimo di assenza di zanzariere. Non c'è uno specchio in camera. Diciamo che come camera e arredamento non è da 4 stelle.
