The receptionist,Arianna, went out of her way to help us be prepared for my great uncle’s funeral at 11am. She made sure we were fed after 6 hours on the road and contacted her manager for an early check-in. Then the rating went from excellent to terrible.
The manager refused to let us check in early despite being told that the funeral was at 11am. We arrived at 8am and waited until 9am to speak to the manager. When she didn’t arrive at 9, Arianna contacted her. There were rooms available but she did not put herself in our position and extend kindness.
Patricia at the nite desk was the MOST helpful person we have ever had at a hotel. She goes above and beyond, and is the nicest person.

Easy access, friendly , clean and good breakfast.
Love the staff, room size and the breakfast. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was well labeled and I especially loved the turkey sausage for non pork eaters. I love the new fresh pancake maker. Also very good variety.
Time for new sheets and towels. They were good but I can tell a little worn. Sign where elevator is🤣 we walked past it twice 😳
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
We needed extra towelings and desk clerk was not able to provide any at the time and promised to get us some which were never supplied.

The motel was very clean I love it because yall have dove soap. lol I really did and the water is jus right.
It wasn’t the property the surrounding was awful we heard Gunsl shots couple of times. I really didn’t like tht . Other then tht we love the stay very comfortable.

Pool not open
The breakfast was good and had several options.
Our room had a very distinct smell, and we stayed so our kids could swim in the pool and it was a dark green algae color and unable to swim.
Clean rooms and a nice breakfast
Pool wasn't open. Staff told us they were waiting on the heath inspector who was delayed but the pool was dark green with tons of algee like they hadn't even attempted to open it for inspection. Also the bathroom door wouldn't close/latch for it to be able to lock. It was also very warm in the room. The thermostat went down to 68 but the room never made it lower then 71.
