Posizione discreta e null’altro degno di nota. Purtroppo gli aspetti negativi hanno completamente compromesso l’esperienza.

Cons:

Esperienza estremamente deludente. Le foto pubblicate online sono molto più belle della realtà e risultano fuorvianti. La camera assegnata era piccola, poco curata e non particolarmente pulita. Avevo prenotato una camera matrimoniale e mi sono ritrovato con due letti singoli accostati senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva.

Il personale si è dimostrato poco cortese e spesso scontroso, senza alcuna attenzione verso il cliente.

La parte peggiore riguarda però l’addebito di €50 per un presunto late check-out: ho lasciato la camera alle 12:40, appena 40 minuti dopo l’orario previsto. Questa penale non era chiaramente indicata e, contattando telefonicamente la struttura, mi era stato detto che l’addebito sarebbe scattato solo dopo le 13:00. Nonostante ciò, mi sono stati trattenuti ugualmente €50 senza alcun preavviso. Un comportamento che ho trovato scorretto e poco professionale.

Pros:

Nice helpful staff. Good central position so easy to get around. Very helpful when we had a late flight. Kept our luggage and allowed us to wait in the lounge after we had checked out.

Хотели уехать сразу как зашли в номер и увидели это всё. Пошли на рецепшн, деньги возвращать отказались, номер менять тоже, якобы из-за отсутствия мест. Запросили возврат у букинга, но решает объект размещения и было опять отказано. Во-первых запах, постоянный запах сырости с наплывами запахов фекалий. Все двери и шкафы обшарпанные, напротив туалета на стене капли засохшей крови. Ковер прожжен утюгом. В душевую слава богу поместились, мы две хрупкие девушки по 55 кг. Но заходить надо боком , впрочем как и стоять. Нет ни ушных палочек, ни ватных дисков, ни зубной щетки с пастой, ни халатов. На мою фразу о том, что это даже не 3 звезды по европейским меркам - были искренне удивлены. Месторасположение - гетто. Как нас там никто не прирезал тоже загадка. Реально метров 100 до вокзала, где по ночам драки людей без определенного места жительства с бьющимися бутылками. Какая грязь и запах на улице - сами понимаете. Забронировали 50€ непонятно за что, ведь мини бара нет. Есть только холодильник. Все в очень плохом состоянии и эти деньги с легкостью могут и не вернуть. Не верьте фотографиям и не портьте себе отдых!!!!!

My overall stay was good, just disappointed with the times of checking in and out.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. Location was great,walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, beach and main strip.

Cons:

Checking was supposed to be 3:00pm, but my room was not ready until 4:00pm. When it was time to check out, the staff was very quick to start cleaning my room right at noon while I was still getting my personal stuff out of the room.

L'emplacement car proche de la gare de nice ville.

Cons:

La chambre été vraiment minuscule avec une vue horrible. Le lavabo un peu bouché en plus se laver le visage l'eau coule par tout car c'est petit.
