Una estancia excelente! Desde el momento del check-in, el personal fue increíblemente amable, profesional y atento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda, moderna y bien equipada, con una cama muy confortable que permitió descansar perfectamente. La ubicación del hotel es ideal para visitar Niza, con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés y al transporte público.

Queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Julián. Nos ayudó con un problema personal que iba mucho más allá de sus responsabilidades y, aun así, no dudó en implicarse para ayudarnos. Siempre se mostró cercano, atento y dispuesto a encontrar una solución. Su trato fue excepcional y, sin ninguna duda, hizo que nuestra estancia en Francia fuera mucho mejor.

Todo el equipo nos trató de maravilla, pero la ayuda y la calidad humana de Julián hicieron que esta experiencia fuera aún más especial. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y agradable en Niza.
