Perfect for a calm stay, but a bit expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Size of the room, location, calmness, view, outdoor pool, food, gorgeous entry hall, fancy bar area

Cons:

Not clean everywhere, especially the windows, old-fashioned spa interior area, for the price tag the spa should be inclusive, castle suite is quite old-fashioned

Pros:

gemütliches Zimmer, interessante Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück mit Blick auf Seine, das Spa war sehr erholsam und seine Mitarbeiterinnen sehr zuvorkommend & nettes Ambiente. Das Spa war das Beste am ganzen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Personal: Wir waren etwas zu früh da und es war nicht möglich uns einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk anzubieten. Alle Restaurants waren zu. Das Personal hat uns zu spät auf andere Lokalitäten im Ort hingewiesen, obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass wir Hunger und Durst haben. Das Personal des Bistros war abends überfordert. Es hat mindestens eine halbe Stunde gedauert bis man bedient wurde trotz Nachfragen. Servietten wurden vergessen. Personal machte einen gestressten Eindruck. Es wurde kein Englisch im Bistro gesprochen. Insgesamt hatten wir von der Unterkunft mehr erwartet.

Guter Ort für eine Nacht. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad waren OK, aber nicht im Hauptgebäude. Aussicht auf den Garten.
Dafür schöner Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht auf die Seine.

Cons:

Niets, alleen hoefde een bad in de badkamer niet voor ons. Een douche is handiger.

Belle vue, super calme, bon petit déjeuner, produit locaux et champagne pour les amateurs.
Pros:

Le calme de la chambre dans la dépendance Jeanette situé à 100m .
Magnifique douche spacieuse et super produits « 5 mondes » et vue sur la Seine.

Cons:

La dépendance Jeannette a 100 m de l’hôtel et de la piscine, du SPA, de la salle petit déjeuner, du restaurant. Les draps, les oreillers et draps de bains avec taches noires. Aucun moyen de suspendre un maillot de bain ou drap de bain.
Mauvaise odeurs de siphon dans la chambre.
Colonne de douche branlante.

Great hotel would be excellent if the above is addressed!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We also appreciate the gift for our anniversary!

Cons:

I thought the bar was lacking of ambiance when I went after diner. It needs a bit of music maybe. The lift is a bit dated. No vegetarian option for mains in the menu of the 20 restaurant.
