Veel geluidsoverlast van andere bezoekers op de gang en trap

Sehr unfreundliches Personal bei Begrüßung und Abreise, vorher abgestimmtes Abstellen von Rädern im Eingangsbereich wurde abgelehnt und erst nach Zeigen des Mailverkehrs widerwillig gestattet, Anmachen des Lichts im Eingangsbereichs beim Auschecken wurde verweigert!

Only thing would be a preference for air con but a fan was in the room so it was fine.

La propreté/hygiène aurait pu être un peu mieux. Il y avait des traces de mains sur les murs, des poussières un peu partout, mais ce n’était pas encore trop dramatique.

I understand that this is a 2-star hotel, but some basic standards should still be met. The elevator is extremely tiny... more like a box for one suitcase than a real elevator - and we were placed on the top floor.

There was no air conditioning, and we stayed during an extremely hot period. The room was hotter than outside, so sleeping was almost impossible. We had to keep the windows open and use a fan that did not cool the room at all. I asked for another fan, but it was just as ineffective.

Another big issue was the noise. The hotel is on a very busy street, so with the windows open it felt like sleeping outside. Definitely bring earplugs, otherwise it is very hard to sleep.

The room was far too small for three people. The double bed was not really suitable for two adults, and the bathroom was extremely narrow. There was mould in the bathroom, the towels had stains, and there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or soap. There was also no fridge, not even to cool a bottle of water.

The staff were not particularly friendly and came across as slightly arrogant. Even the lobby was very warm, cooled only by a small fan.

For the price we paid, this hotel was not worth it. I have stayed in Paris before, in a hotel at a similar price, and it was much better. I regret relying on the good Booking.com reviews and would not recommend this hotel.

Di per sé la camera non era sporchissima, però migliorerei la pulizia giornaliera. Gli asciugamani son stati cambiati sempre, mentre il pavimento non è stato mai pulito.

No AC (was there during heatwave). Mattress not comfortable.

Pas climatisé, heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilateur

dicevano ci fosse l’aria condizionata, in stanza c’era solo un ventilatore che andava anche male. in quel periodo a parigi faceva molto caldo quindi la notte abbiamo fatto un po fatica a dormire.

in stanza abbiamo trovato molti ragni, consigliamo di fare più pulizie dettagliate.
