L’operateur ma oblige d’aller chercher ma pièce d’identité à 1 km au parking alors que j’avais une pièce d’identité numérique. C’est inadmissible.

Ausgezeichnetes und hilfsbereites Personal! Tolle Lage, grandioses Frühstück! Der kleine aber entzückende Frühstücksraum bot alles was unser Herz begehrte. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für das Hamam im Kellergeschoss hatten wir leider keine Zeit! Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der Aufzug für 2 1/2 Personen ist so klein, dass es leider nicht für körperlich beeinträchtigte Gäste zu empfehlen ist.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. La posizione è imbattibile: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalle Galeries Lafayette. La pulizia è impeccabile e il riposo è garantito da un letto comodissimo e cuscini di ottima qualità. In bagno ho apprezzato molto la presenza dello specchio ingrandente, un dettaglio utilissimo per il trucco. Buona anche la colazione.
Note dolenti? Le stanze sono un po' piccole, così come l'ascensore (ci si entra uno alla volta), ma d’altronde sono dimensioni piuttosto standard per gli edifici storici di Parigi. Unica nota di miglioramento: l'accoglienza alla hall potrebbe essere un po' più solare e sorridente. Nel complesso, lo consiglierei!

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Chambre petite mais agréable et fonctionnelle. Literie très confortable ! Le petit-déjeuner est varié et bon, avec des produits frais. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal!
