Awesome.
Pros:

There was a problem due to over booking at the grand pacific. I was contacted 2 days before checkin to have explained that my reservation was being moved to another resort called Mar Brisa.
It was a very nice resort and the accommodations were superior. It all worked out for our stay but we still missed staying at our favorite resort.

Children's pool and playground needs work
Pros:

The resort grounds are very nice but the family and children's pool is overcrowded and dirty. The pool was closed twice due to feces in the pool and on the deck. There is a jacuzzi with children in diapers and toddlers swimming . Parents are not watching their kids and not following rules. We talked to management about better pool monitoring. The pool and kids playground needs and update too.

Overbooked, bumped to other further out resort by property.
Pros:

I liked the location, that is why i booked it. Close to legoland entrance and there is a brewery next door to have dinner. No need to drive once you parked your car - also contrary to a bunch of other resorts around, parking here is free.

Cons:

We turned up at ~9AM to dump the car and bags. The front desk was helpful, informed us our room is not ready but car and bag can remain obviously. Then we left, as check in is at 5PM, so we planned to return promptly at 5PM.
Upon our return (mind this is with a now fully tired 4 year old) we were informed that they were overbooked and we do not have a place to stay. They bumped us to the Hilton resort which is a bit further out, especially the villa they gave us. We were about ~10mins drive or ~30 mins walk from legoland entrance at this point with daily parking fee of $40 at the new resort.
Apparently they will absorb that parking fee - but this is yet to be seen based on how everything settles.
They offered me the resort fee back as a comp which was I think $20/night? But I booked with that in mind on booking.com so I didn't even know whether I ever paid it.
Overall, I would recommend NOT booking this resort unless you have a way to guarantee your stay.

Great location, clean and staff was very nice.
Pros:

When we arrived our room was ready and we were upgraded as the room we booked was not available. Rose assisted us at the front desk and was absolutely so sweet! Every morning we saw her she would ask how our stay was going. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

There was really nothing that we didnt care for. The pool was supposed to be a little heated however I did not feel that it was warm. The weather was cold and overcast but that didn't stop the kids!

It was a five minute walk to Lego land which saved us on parking. We got to barbecue our own food while the kids played
Pros:

That we were able to eat home cooked meals on vacation. We also enjoyed the amenities and activities for the kids. We all slept SO good.

Pros:

They have a room /suite for larger party, 5+ people. Close to Flower field and outlet.

Cons:

The check in and check out policy is so unfair and unreasonable. By far, this is the only resort that I’ve known the check in time is super late at 5pm and the check out is super early 10 am. And they never allow even an hour late check out. Because of this I may not reconsider staying in this hotel/resort again.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Room, location. Not used Pools but they looked tempting.
One side is ocean view another side is Legoland. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast is not part of the hotel, that may be the only negative point. though you have more than sufficient kitchen in the room.

We were well taken care of and loved our room the flower fields and the ocean view.
Pros:

The room was very clean nicely arranged. The view to the ocean and especially the flower fields was superb. We love the pool and used it every day.
A special note to Rose for her help at the front desk. She is a now a great friend.
