It was close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
The woman that checked us in gave the couple in front of us a card to a room that was already occupied. They came down to get a room that didn't have anyone in it, and my husband and I were after them to check in. The woman then gave us the same room that the previous couple had originally gotten, which was already occupied. When my husband and I came down to the reception desk to let her know she said "are you serious?". After completing our check in and giving us a room that was not occupied, she said "good luck" and laughed. Her behavior was not professional and it was extremely dangerous that she continued to give people cards to a room that already had occupants in it. We also found a baby cockroach in our room the next morning. My husband and I, as well as several other guests, were consistently having issues with their key cards not working for their rooms.
Location is fantastic. Was perfect for mu surf trip
1 block from the beach, I could look out and see the waves & sunrise. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. we had a joint room which allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. The room was clean and did not smell like beach. The staff was nice and helpful and we had everything we needed.
The bathroom door was either on its frame crooked or swollen where the latch wouldn't hold so we had to tell each other we were going. The blackout curtains are also nearing the end of their life cycle as there were a few pinholes in each from sun damage.
The area perfect to beach and to the docks
Enough it was old but it was well in cleaning and customer service was very good

The suites were large. I love the set up with a king bed and sm kitchen area in the first room then I'm the second room with two twin beds and the bathroom. The room was large enough for 4 people to be comfortable. The cruise terminal was close.
