Pros:

Nothing not referring to anyone very Greedy even I have booked the hotel 2 weeks before still when reached they didn’t give me a Room . Very bad service no one to assist and no one listen. Will not book this property in my whole life .

Nos decidimos porque necesitábamos un lugar cerca del aeropuerto.

Cons:

La chica que me atendió el día que realicé el check in, mala actitud. Rescató la chica que está en el turno de la noche que habla español y con buena actitud. Asi como los 2 choferes cuando fueron por mi al aeropuerto y me llevaron.
Desayuno nada que ver con las imágenes y espacio sucio.

Beautiful experience

Comfortable rooms and good food

Cons:

The entrance drive way sign is quite obscured so first time visitors use the exit drive without realizing their mistake. The solution is simple, they should interchange the entrance and exit signs. It will make life easier.

Cons:

Sabiendo que es un hotel que se usa para llegar mas cómodamente a tomar un vuelo al aeropuerto, deberían darte la opción de poder desayunar en horarios mas amplios, o preparar un desayuno para llevar como hacen en algunos sitios. Nuestro avión salía a las 8 am y al dejar el hotel 2 hs anter para llegar con el tiempo adecuado no pudimos desayunar porque el horario comenzaba justo en ese momento.

It was challenging getting down the stairs with our suitcases. The hair dryer didn’t work, there was no hot water, we requested one additional hand towel, and never received it.
