Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the beds well prepared and clean. Loved the great lighting in the room which made morning toiletries easy. (I have experenced rooms with lighting so dim it is impssible to see what you are doing.) Coffee in room great. Night staff was extremely helpful when we first arrived.
All in all, compared to another stay we had recently at a different company, this was great and the price very reasonable.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and I don't care for plastic utensils and paper plates which is why I gave a 9.

It was fine
Pros:

I liked the location it was very close to our concert and easy to fine.

Cons:

I didnt like that a staff member felt that they couldn’t call out even though they were clearly sick. That’s not their fault management needs to be better and make their staff feel they can stay home when they are clearly sick and not be scared about their job.

Quiet and accommodating.
Pros:

The breakfast set up was amazing. The first three nights were very quiet and peaceful the last night we had kids running up and down the hall till 10:45 pm but that wasn’t the hotel‘s fault, bad parenting!
The beds were very comfortable and they always supplied us with plenty of towels.

Cons:

I felt like the carpet in our room needed to be replaced.

Being a Diamond member for a long time I would expect better treatment with room choices.
Pros:

Staff was great, did all they could to assist us during our stay. Would have been better if the housekeepers spoke English.

Cons:

I booked a special needs room on the ground floor for my ease of taking my dogs our and having to use a walker to do so. On arrival I was told the only room on the ground floor had already been reserved. I asked why then did they didn't notify me ahead of time that nothing was available? There was no reason given. We were placed on the second floor half way down the hall, no where an exit. I am dependent on my walker to get around and had there been some kind of problem at the motel I would have had to depend on someone to carry me out because you can only use the stairs during an emergency. When I spoke with the lady she said she was sorry, I told her I would go elsewhere and she told me that that was fine but I wouldn't receive a refund for the days I had booked. I had no choice but to stay there. There was no walkin shower in the room either, I was unable to properly bathe other than just washing up at the sink.
