Pros:

Grand Old style & staff impeccable. Beautiful "old world" hotel. Seaview phenomenal with Bay & Yamashita Park & Marine Tower

Cons:

I lost an expensive neck scarf in the hotel and staff were sadly unable to locate, after I left it on 2nd floor lounge.

横浜の歴史を感じる滞在ができました
Pros:

クラッシックホテルとしての造作の素晴らしさ。特に本館の大階段や、中庭は雰囲気が最高でした。お部屋は、クラッシックな良さを残しながらも、リニューアルされており、快適でした。
また、朝食は、山下公園を一望できるレストランで頂く洋食。バイキンが多い中で、サラダ、パン、卵料理といったクラッシックな洋定食で、ゆったり楽しめました。
スタッフの方々の所作も、きびきびとして気持ちよく、さすがでした。

Best place to stay if taking a cruise out of Yokohama
Pros:

Check in and check out were easy. The room was very nice and had a great view of the harbor and gardens. Complimentary water bottle in the room each day per person in the room. Very quiet and the staff was very helpful and professional.

Cons:

One small issue with housekeeping but it was taken care of professionally and both a written and verbal apology was issued

素晴らしい滞在でした。
Pros:

歴史の重みをホテル内随所で感じた。誰でも入れるくらいの鷹揚な対応が堅苦しくなくて寛げた。ひとりで利用した館内のバーは気後れせずに楽しめた。次は夫婦で行きたい。館内どこもスタッフのレベルが高くて満足度が高くなった。

Cons:

喫茶店内ブティックのクッキーなどの品揃いが少なかった。

疲れた。
Pros:

・23:00までルームサービスがある。
・スタッフの接遇は一定レベルにある。
・ルームチェンジを女性ベルスタッフが手伝ってくれた。手伝ってくれた
　スタッフがとても清潔で身嗜みが完璧だった。（K原さん）
・数回客室内冷蔵庫のドリンクの補充を依頼したが、一回常温のものがあったが、
　それ以外は冷えたものを持って来てくれた。

Cons:

・ルームサービスのメニューの種類が少ない。
・The Cafeはいつも混んでいたり、店内がうるさいのでマンスリーメニューや、
　ハンバーグ等、肉料理（たんぱく質）をもっとルームサービスメニューに加えて欲しい。
　メニューの多くが糖質や脂質、炭水化物ものばかり。
・The CAFEのサラダ類のメニューが少なく、そのメニューも内容が残念すぎる。
・The CAFEやシーガーディアン、ノルマンディのコーヒーが美味しくない。
・ヒューマンエラーが多い。
　産経新聞を頼んでいたが、ニッカンスポーツ、読売新聞、日経新聞夕刊の
　異なる新聞が3回も入っていた。
・この部屋(311)も(314同様に）ベッドサイドの読書灯の傘が亀裂が入り破れている。
・料飲部スタッフで衛生面が不安になるスタッフが複数散見された。
・料飲部に中華と鉄板焼きがない。

本館シングルに宿泊。ベッドサイドの電灯が壊れていた。壊れた電灯のあった客室は古びた廃業前のビジネスホテルみたいだった。払った対価に見合わず、こんな部屋は販売すべきではない。
料飲部門で提供しているコーヒーが美味しくない。

レストランバーにいる白いブレザーの人たちには？？が多いです。
Pros:

Wi-Fiの下り速度が500M/bps以上でとても速く快適なネット環境でした。
ルームチェンジの際、スタッフの男性が快く迅速に手伝ってくださいました（K藤さん）

Cons:

ノルマンディでの朝食時、白いブレザーの男性のタメ口と横柄な接遇に朝から気分が悪かった。
お部屋の上階からの足音に悩まされた。
トイレの電球が切れていた。
冷蔵庫の冷えが弱かった。
冷蔵庫のドアが閉まりにくく半ドアで、庫内のドリンクが冷えていなかった。
