Pros:

Staff at desk and around pool was incredibly helpful . Nice room cleaners.

Pros:

Beautiful views and lovely, clean rooms. Staff were great and allowed an early check-in. However, breakfast was disappointing—scrambled egg was not good and the only meat option I found was bacon.

Amazing!!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning!! From the minute we walked in we felt very welcome. The room was perfect and cleanliness and hygiene was immaculate. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location for our visit and easy to walk in and out of town. Great facilities. The pool area / bar was exceptional and the service was so impressive! We would like to extend special thanks to Luca who was simply amazing!! We will definitely be coming back. The views are beautiful too.

Great pools and views
Pros:

The hotel was very good. It had excellent pools and the staff were lovely. The food was delicious and breakfast had a lot of variety. The only downside (why I'm giving it four stars), is because at the weekend the rooftop patio is like a nightclub, with loud music that could be heard in our room until late at night - not great for a hotel when you are paying to sleep! But other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Renovated and better than the pictures.
Pros:

completeley renovated, facilities and room better than the pictures. There is a walking shortcut so dont be scared to stay a bit away from downtown.

Cons:

Reception staff could be a bit more prepared and friendly.

Vezuvijaus panorama su jo papėdėje žėrinčiais miesteliais vakarėjant - nepamirštama! Paslaugus ir profesionalus personalas, baseinai, restorano terasa, kuriai ypatingos atmosferos suteikia žydintys hibiscus, žvakės ir gyva muzika.

Very nice hotel - location at top of hill so not right in centre
Pros:

Large hotel with a few restaurants to choose from. Rooms were very spacious and had balconies

Cons:

Too many large groups checking in and then having to deal with all the people in the foyer with loads of luggage. Right at top of hill so taxis costing $20euro each way
