Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Handtücher haben keine Aufhänger und die Bäder generell keine Toilettenbürsten. Über solche Dinge sollte vorher Informiert werden.

Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Duur.
Airco stond af en toch bleef kamer koude lucht verspreiden.
Licht in badkamer is veel te weinig, gebrek aan haardroger
Tv update iets regelmatig en springt daarvoor kort aan en terug uit.

Good location, breakfast needs to be improved, air conditioning in the room not sufficient

Location and size of the room

Cons:

1 ) air conditioning in the room very weak, not sufficient for the summer, at the reception air comis perfect but not in the room, definitely

2 ) wake call didn’t ring the day I request because I had to get a train early in the morning. Strangely, the next day that I could sleep longer wake up call has rings 3:30 am and I could sleep longer

3 ) shower in the bathroom with water coming out of the box, the door doesn’t close properly

4 ) very difficult to reach room service

5 ) breakfast a bit disappointed, they could do much much better for the rate they apply. I expected better.

Pros:

早餐很不错，10岁的孩子是免费的。位置特别好，出门2-3分钟就是地铁。距离维多利亚火车站也非常近。我还会选择这个酒店。前台服务的女孩子特别特别好，笑容很甜，人也很好。

Cons:

我是来自中国的客人，中国所有等级的酒店不论是五星级还是经济型酒店都是每天打扫和整理，唯一不太习惯的是大部分国家的酒店都是两天或者三天才打扫一次。比如这个酒店就是三天才打扫一次。入住的时候告诉我两天打扫一次，但是实际上是睡了三个晚上之后才打扫。

Overpriced as last minute booking due to another hotel playing games with my booking. Not enough staff.

Cons:

Under staffed at breakfast leading to a 15min queue for breakfast. On arrival sofa bed not prepared and no sheets in the room, reception requested someone to assist but they took their time turning up. No response from room service, ‘due to the football’ so had to go outside to get food.

Good value hi tech rooms in a great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, rooms were hi tech, clean and well specified.

Cons:

Rooms on our floor were being refurbished, so quite noisy in the day, however these things must be done and they finished at 5.00pm so no big deal really.

Pros:

We had 3 nights at the Park Plaza the location is superb.
We had a refurbished room which was lovely and big.
The shower was powerful and the Espa toiletries a bonus.
Breakfast is expansive.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel, very nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms, walking distance to Victoria train station. Around 20 minutes walk to Big Ben

Cons:

The streets next to hotel have many homeless people, which made us (2 girls) feel unsafe to come late back to the hotel.
However, this might be a general issue in many parts of London.
