Pros:

The reception staff were truly excellent. I arrived early and they bent over backwards to find me a room so that I could rest and freshen up ahead of an important meeting - and they kindly didn’t charge me extra.

Luxurious, relaxing, enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Loved the detail and size in the room, very luxury and cozy feel. Complimented by early check in and a lovely bottle of white wine - who we pay a special thanks to Shazia, who went above and beyond to make our first stay special. We will definitely be returning in the future.
