The location of the hotel is good and convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was average and met basic expectations.

Cons:

During our stay, my baby's diaper leaked and soiled the bed sheets. We requested a sheet change several times. Despite these repeated requests, nothing was done.

When we returned to our room late that evening, the sheets had still not been changed, leaving us with no choice but to sleep on soiled bedding throughout the night with a young child.

What made the situation even more disappointing was the response afterwards. Instead of apologising or acknowledging the issue, the front desk repeatedly referred to the fact that we had opted out of housekeeping and received vouchers for two complimentary beers. Had we known that a request for clean bed sheets would be refused because of those vouchers, we would have gladly returned them in exchange for clean bedding. We never even used them.

Any professional hotel should be able to distinguish between routine housekeeping and a basic hygiene issue. The poor housekeeping service was disappointing, but the explanations and attitude of the front desk team were even worse.

A good, mid range hotel near Victoria station, good quality for the price paid
Pros:

The hotel is really close to victoria station. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and good quality. The restaurant and bar were very good and there are other good restaurants nearby.

Flott hótel í góðu hverfi. Morgunmaturinn var góður, mjög gott úrval. Herbergin stór og rúmgóð en kominn tími á uppfærslu á herberginu, húsgögnin orðin gömul. Baðherbergið var mjög stórt og rúmgott. Starfsfólkið vingjarnlegt. Mæli með.
