Eu dei uma diária de presente para um.casal que tinha acabado de oficializar no cartório. No anúncio informaram que tinha piscina e sauna. Quando.chegaram la não tinha nem um , nem outro.
Pelo preço que paguei, não achei justo. E não foi informado que a piscina estava fechada

Quarto muito antigo, precisando de renovação. Iluminação péssima e ar condicionado muito barulhento, banheiro muito antigo. Embora eu goste muito da rede Mercure, o hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Cons:

Bem, eu havia reservado o hotel principalmente por possuírem piscina coberta e aquecida. Porém ao chegar no hotel, disseram que a piscina estava em manutenção devido ao derramamento de óleo na água. Entretanto isso não foi comunicado na reserva, o que caracteriza-se como propaganda enganosa. Gostaria de solicitar um reembolso ou desconto referente ao que me foi cobrado. Aguardo um posicionamento a respeito.
