We loved the location and how quiet it was.

Cons:

I felt like the room could have been cleaner. There was quite a bit of dust on the desks and dresser. It did smell fresh. The beds were great. Wonderfully clean sheets and comfortable beds.

Pros:

Staff was nice, location was great, and quite, we were on the river side.. never heard road noise.

Cons:

The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. But the sheets and pillows were exceptional!

BIANCA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE SUBMIITED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE, BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I WILL NEVER STAY AT COUNTRY INN AND SUITES AGAIN.

The room was big enough to fit my family.
Pros:

It was comfortable and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

We always pull covers back to make sure their isn’t any stains and hairs and push mattress down to make sure there isn’t no bugs. It wasn’t any bugs but it was so much junk and dust it looked like it haven’t been dusted in forever.
