Fantastic after overcoming obstacles.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. The beds super comfortable and having the river right below our balcony was wonderful.

Cons:

We were in a very nice large handicap room. However the toilet was lower than a wheelchair inhibiting my friend from transitioning UP to wheelchair level. I had to go out and buy a toilet riser.

There was very limited handicap parking spots for as massive the hotel was. I doubt this met ADA standards.

The location was fantastic.
The balcony was nice and we had a river view.
The room was very clean.

Cons:

Although the room was clean, the musty smell was very obvious and if anyone has breathing issues, I would check the room prior to settling in.
Carpets need a deep cleaning or replacement. Hallways and rooms.
Quite noisy in the halls at night during our stay. Bed was very firm. Both of us woke up sore.
