Nice stay while travelling home from Waco
Pros:

Breakfast was eggs and sausage and coffee with banana for both of us. Spouse thought eggs were powdered and didn't care for them. The room was clean and ready for use. It was a quiet night compared to the night spent there on Sunday this week.

Cons:

Items that maintenance needs to look into: 1. the bathroom faucet screen sprays when water is turned on. Please replace it. 2. The toilet seat is not aligned with the bowl. 3. The stopper to the sink next to the coffee maker is missing.

Pros:

The staff was great after we solved the situation.

Cons:

That one of the staff members had cancelled my two reservations. So, luckily we were able to get rooms, but it was a long waiting process and I was charged more. The hotel needs updating, but location was great.

Would not recommend, not a great price and the entire area around the hotel was under construction.
Pros:

Check in was easy

Cons:

1. Hotel was outdated, carpets looked dingy, room smelled. Breakfast did not look appetizing, left without eating.
2. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, very scary. Never any explanation from staff, didn't know if there was a fire, nothing said. Fire alarm went off for at least 5 full minutes, probably around 2am. We had been driving for 10+ hours and it was terrifying to wake to this right over our heads.

Just keep driving.
Cons:

The room smelled stale. My socks got dirty walking on the carpet. The eggs at breakfast were standing in water. I pay less for casinos and 4 star hotels and get much better accommodations. I will drive past Amarillo in the future.

Not the best experience
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient

Cons:

It was musty and smelled like cigarettes. The cleanliness was definitely lacking to the point that I checked for bugs before putting my things down. If it wouldn’t have been a charge in full even if I canceled it and I wouldn’t have already driven 12 hours and been as tired as I was I would have just opted to book somewhere else and disputed the charge.
