Clean and safe, but not a great value.
Pros:

The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There was no elevator in the building and I was on the second floor. When the price is over $100 a night an elevator is a reasonable expectation. I also did not like the bed. The mattress seemed new, but lacked support so it was like sleeping in a taco. The shower head could have used some maintenance so that when you moved it, it would stay. You had to squat right under it because it would only stay in its lowest position.

Not what we expected
Pros:

This Comfort Inn needs some updating. The lobby has low lighting, not very welcoming. The lobby area chairs and everything is run down. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The door inside the bathroom was all shredded and ripped up probably because of water leaking out of the shower. The toilet flushed but then kept on running. Rugs are kind of dated and everything looks sad. The breakfast room was out of quite a few things but it was adequate. There were no flowers or anything decorating as you walked in. It looked a little scary and uninviting. We've stayed at other Comfort Inns and they were all in much better shape. I think this particular one needs a little love

The Matress was horrible, both beds was very hard and uncomfortable, none of us slept good at all. As a family we have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst one yet. I was very disappointed
