Good, but could be better
Pros:

Hotel is very nice, location also good, although we had transport difficulties due political protests at the same time as our stay, no metro was shutdown by government, Uber not reachable as internet was also shutdown.
None of these are hotel issues though.

Cons:

Bathroom don't seem to belong to a 5 star hotel, too many broken tiles.

Restaurants are good but extremely expensive compared to very good restaurants outside the hotel.

Good places to wind up
Pros:

The decor and overall facilities.

Cons:

I didn’t get an invoice of the room stay.

I was denied an invoice for the room as the booking was from 3rd party, non the less, the staff offered to mail the invoice to my email id, which I’m yet to get. You at Booking.com, pls send me the invoice.

Excellent Stay, perfect location and good hotel.
Pros:

Central location, east access and cleanliness.

Cons:

Too much buzz. The lobby area was very busy due to conferences etc. Not hotel fault, but I felt overwhelmed.
