Pros:

The location, overall state and property

Cons:

I think the staff can be better trained especially at reception and breakfast area and also our bed spring was gone, bathrobes were not provided, so things like these are expected to be looked into by a 5 star

Location and the staff was good.

Cons:

Not worth spending 10000 INR.. AC in the room was not working. No one answer the call reception room service.
Food is bad (french fries) stinking of oil.. not at all value for money.. expensive and portions are small.
