Each and Every staff whom we met was so caring and very helping. Rooms too were very comfortable. Only suggestion is please provide a small chair for watchman standing at the entrance and also for the staff standing near lifts welcoming guests .. Proud to be Indian.

Nos intoxicamos con la comida del hotel. Primero habíamos reservado una habitación para tres y solo habían dos camas. No nos pusieron una extra cama y solo habían toallas, agua y artículos siempre para dos todo el tiempo. Segundo habíamos reservado con desayuno y cena por booking. El primer día de cena nos querían cobrar la cena como un cargo extra. Les comenté que había reservado con cena y me dijeron que tenía que hablar en recepción al respecto. En recepción tuve que esperar una hora para poder hablar con la recepcionista para que me dijeran que ellos no ofrecían ese tipo de servicio y que estaba mintiendo. Le mostré la reserva de booking y luego de perder dos horas de mi vida y pasar un mal rato dijeron que respetaban la reserva. El segundo día nos intoxicamos con la comida del hotel. Solo habíamos comido en el hotel, en ninguna otra parte y esto afectó a todo nuestro grupo. Por lo que no era coincidencia. Para el check-in y check-out habían esperas muy largas. La gente del hotel (recepción y restaurante) no eran para nada amable. El agua de la piscina era espesa y no estaba limpia.
Toller Pool für Erwachsene und Kinder. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tuc Tucs standen direkt vor dem Hotel. Zur U-Bahn waren es nur fünf Minuten zu laufen.

Die Klimaanlage in den Restaurants waren sehr kühl eingestellt. Etwas wärmer wäre schöner gewesen. Aber vielleicht ist das auch ein kultureller Unterschied, dass Inder es eben besonders kühl mögen.
I stayed with my mother at the hotel who was having eye surgery. Security asked us to leave premises because we were in auto despite my mother having a bandage in her eye. Security stopped using 3 times and treated us poorly just because of an auto. The breakfast service was also sparse and no one came to check on us. At dinner we had a buffet included but staff was not attending to tables. They have very few staff and don't treat customers well.
I really enjoyed the stay at the Lalit hotel. The people here are very helpful. Very courteous and generous. The food was good they had a lot of variety. Bhumika helped me a lot with things she was available all the time to help me out. Overall everyone should come at the hotel.

Very Cozy , like home till now very good experience. The staff is helping . Bhumika is giving excellent service.
The Location is spot on. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Though this is the lean season. The lobby is spacious and adequate seating arrangements. The room was good. Neat and clean. Quiet. No complaints. The breakfast lacked options. Otherwise, decent experience.
Great experience. Great hospitality. Would definitely visit again with a longer stay.
