A girl in the reception WANI was sweet and very helpful during our booking

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. As I was traveling with my one-year-old daughter, I was delighted to find so many healthy food choices available for her, which made our stay completely stress-free.
What truly stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Whenever needed, they happily packed food for my daughter during breakfast hours upon request. Such thoughtful gestures made a big difference to us as parents.

Untidy room, plumbings don’t work, very unprofessional staff, gave my car for valet parking, the driver refused to give a receipt, the concierge did not help, asked the operator to connect me to hotel manager, but she did not. Finally could convince the security manager who gave me the car valet receipt
