Quite pleasant for a short stay
Pros:

Dinner was sumptious and good choice

Cons:

The room was OK but I was disappointed to find that the window was obstructed with a plastic covering and one could not see the outside.
Rain shower did not work properly

Pros:

A 5 star hotel with wverything you'd expect from one.
Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were mostly great and welcoming. Great SPA treatments, excelent swimming pool. Very good dinner and service at the 28th floor oka restaurant.

Cons:

Poor service in the 24/7 restaurant (afternoon, right after lunch buffette ended).
Gloomy welcome interaction in the reception.

A short stay but excellent experience
Pros:

awesome place to stay. but since we were for 1 night and have to depart before breakfast , we could't experience the meal, however, the ambience were good. we were welcomed with open heart. short but good stay. the room service was good. Need to stay longer for better experience and review:)

the furniture looks abit jaded. but that's about it. nothing else
