Un hotel con pésimos servicios, realmente no lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Creo que lo único que tiene rescatable el hotel es la ubicación ya que se encuentra a unos cuantos pasos de la estación de trenes Gare du Nord y tiene acceso a las líneas del norte de Europa, además de contar con acceso al sistema del metro de París que es muy bueno para moverse en la ciudad. Pero es lo único bueno.

Cons:

Difícil hablar bien de este hotel. Para empezar, el desayuno es muy escaso y bastante limitado. El sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionó durante toda nuestra estancia de 7 días y 6 noches y francamente era insoportable el calor. El elevador solamente funcionó un día de los 7 de nuestra estancia. Los empleados solamente nos decían que harían lo posible por atender la situación, pero la verdad es que no solucionaron el problema.

Locatie is handig qua ov-faciliteiten en reizen met Eurostar. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wij waren er toen het warm was (36 graden) en onze kamer was echt niet koel genoeg door de lucht circulatie. Denk dat het prima is bij normale temperaturen.

Location, but try to get another hotel, there are many and better options around.

The air conditioning was not working throughout our entire stay. The hotel did not offer us another room or a refund. Booking.com eventually issued a partial refund.

I booked this hotel after watching a YouTube review that gave a very positive impression, and while my stay had some challenges, I appreciate the hotel's efforts to address them.

During my visit, the weather in Paris was quite warm, and unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. The front desk informed me that the system had been experiencing issues for several days. While this did affect the comfort of our stay, I appreciate that the hotel ultimately provided a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.

The room itself was generally adequate, though some areas could benefit from additional attention and updates.

Despite these issues, I would like to recognize the hotel for acknowledging the inconvenience and providing a partial refund. With improvements to the air conditioning and some room updates, the guest experience could be much better. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

Чисто, комфортно. Персонал дружелюбный.
Но имейте ввиду район очень шумный, через дорогу привокзальная площадь. В остальном все отлично.

Perfect location with a reasonable price
Pros:

The location is perfect. We jumped off from Eurostar then 3 mins later we were all settled in the room and relaxed. Price is reasonable in this area, and it has a lift which helps us moving luggages. The room is tiny but neatly arranged and clean. You have almost everything you need. The shower water temperature is good too.

Cons:

The toilet door is a bit difficult to lock. And there’s only decaf coffee in the room? That’s probably the only thing that confused me.
