Localização do hotel.
Achei o travesseiro muito fino, precisei de dois travesseiros para ficar com o pescoço numa altura confortável. A cama é muito fofa, então acabava afundando quando deitava. Tinha um lâmpada queimada no quarto também.

Entrei no quarto, já estava e ficou fedendo esgoto, o cheiro vinha do banheiro, que nem box tem, além do vaso sanitário estar solto. No quarto, o ar condicionado não desligava...ao colocar o cartão ele já ligou automaticamente, e não respondia ao controle para desligar, sendo que além do barulho do motor, a aba não abria, e então ficou escorrendo água no quarto. O chão é todo riscado parecendo que está sujo. Ao ir tomar café da manhã, tinha várias mesas vazias, porém, todos com os restos dos hóspedes, ou seja, não tinha ninguém tirando e limpando as mesas. Tive que afastar as coisas que alguém deixou lá para poder tomar meu café. Como se não bastasse, descansando no quarto, em torno de umas 20:30 hs disparou a sirene ensurdecedor no quarto, no banheiro, ficando uns 5 minutos até desligarem.

The staff was friendly, even though most of them spoke only Portuguese. The rooms were spacious.
Beds were not so confortable, bathroom facilities could be improved.

As instalações são antigas, mas o quarto é confortável e espaçoso.
A internet não funcionou nenhum dia no meu quarto, eu estava no terceiro andar; não tem telefone no quarto para comunicação direta com a recepção; o secador do banheiro é muito fraco e se esquenta um pouquinho já desliga, não dá pra contar com ele; o café da manhã só é servido à partir de 06:30 então se você precisa sair cedo do hotel para o aeroporto, não vai comer.
A cama foi péssima. Usaram o lençol de solteiro, para forrar a cama e para cobrir e a manta também. Não tinha toalhas no quarto. Não tinha toalha de rosto, tivemos que usar a de banho.
No chão havia um fio dental sujo, usado demonstrando que não tinha limpeza e o banheiro entupido
