Smelly and not good customer service
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The place smells bad, specially where the club lounge is. I forgot two electronic toothbrush and the hotel said they cannot courier it to me, even if I pay, they would need someone to pick it up from them !!!!

와이프생일을 맞아 방문했는데 꽃과 생일케익등 선물로 주시고 무엇보다 방을 스위트룸으로 업그래이드해줘서 기분이 많이 좋았습니다.
수영장 물도 아주 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어서 이용하는데 상당히 쾌적했으며
식사 또한 훌륭했습니다

Sumptuous!!
Pros:

The curteous staff at The Taj Executive Club room where we went for breakfast.
The Gym was awesome
Swimming poor was super duper!
The supremely and intricately carved wooden Veena kept in display near reception is a thing not to miss.

Cons:

By our earlier experiences at Taj Palace, Mumbai and Taj Amer Jaipur - My child was expecting some chocolates on pillow and a return gift souvenir.
