A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

When booking more than 5 rooms , the same will be considered as group booking and the Hotels Terms and Conditions for the group booking will apply.

Breakfast for children above the age of 5 years will be on additional charges. The same is not included in the room rate .

Excellent and Memorable Stay
Pros:

Everything. From the staff at parking to the concierge , reception to travel desk is extremely professional, courteous and friendly.

The server in the breakfast were very polite and prompt.
Special thanks to Mr Sanjib and and Mr taming for organizing a wonderful surprise birthday cake for my mothers 80th birthday.

Cons:

Dinner buffet was lacking , we went the first night after that we avoided it and same for Sonargaon where when we complained about burned naan the server unhelpful pointed out that its only burned on one side as if we can eat only 1 side.

Taj Bengal felt understated luxury with beautiful structure and old-world charm.
Pros:

Loved the premium large room and its old-world charm of carpets and lovely lamps. Understated Aesthetic decor and art pieces in lobby and corridors. Food was very excellent in breakfast and Sonar Gaon and Chinoserie restaurant. Taj Bengal does lives upto it's name. Appreciated the extension of the same room the next day(though i was ok to move to luxury category since we were just two persons.)

Cons:

I was given good deal with option of large room with triple occupancy including breakfast. However, while checking out, I think the cost could have been lower given only two-person occupancy for two nights.

Nice hotel, Taj quality. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff.
Overall good value for money

Cons:

Our bedroom was facing the main road which is very busy. Need to sleep with air plugs. Better asking room facing the swimming pool.
