A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

When booking more than 5 rooms , the same will be considered as group booking and the Hotels Terms and Conditions for the group booking will apply.

Breakfast for children above the age of 5 years will be on additional charges. The same is not included in the room rate .

The food spread was good and the staff was excellent. Specially the concierges Mr Sanjib and Mr Bimal were exceptionally helpful and conforming. Overall staff were very polite and their hospitality level was out of the way.

Everything about the hotel was good.

Great property
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful part of Kolkata with amazing views from every room.
The staff is fabulous. They listen to you and get you what you need.
The room service was extremely well executed especially for a 2 year old baby
The Bengali Thali was to die for and the Chinese food was also pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom seems a little old and the showers did'nt work too well.
The hot water was at best lukewarm
The carpet in the common areas had a musty smell.. could be due to the heavy rains.
The pool area is extremely hot. Can do with some cover.

Very good quality hotel, very nice staff.
Pros:

It's a top quality hotel with very nice staff. Good location, quiet rooms. I was very happy. I would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing. If I was being picky it might be nice to have information about air quality inside the building/room. Kolkata has very poor air like most Indian cities.
