A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

Staff is friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The air conditioning failed most of the time with the rooms being extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. The rooms also smelled or smoke despite being non smoking with no ventilation available for fresh air. Atmosphere within room needs to be better. Facilities feel old.

The food spread was good and the staff was excellent. Specially the concierges Mr Sanjib and Mr Bimal were exceptionally helpful and conforming. Overall staff were very polite and their hospitality level was out of the way.
