Localização (ao lado da estação Termini), limpeza impecável! Funcionários educados!

Cons:

A rua é bem barulhenta durante a madrugada. Café da manhã não incluso e o valor é altamente exorbitante.

I want to be as honest as I can be writing this review. I am writing this whilst waiting to board my plane. This hotel is not a 4 star more like 2/3 The hotel its self is okay if you are using it only for somewhere to sleep (like a base). We picked this hotel based off location and being in walking distance to the major sites like the Trevi Fountain ect. This location is vile. You have drug addicts sat outside of the hotel. During the day and night. First day we arrived we witnessed 2 people smoking crack right outside. We also witnessed a women smash a glass bottle and hold it up to someone else’s throat. We The whole area is full of drug users. I am glad that we done a coupes trip and didn’t bring our children along this isn’t a location for children! This area doesn’t feel safe at all. The hotel room could be better horrible bathrooms and room could be cleaner. Some staff friendly. Other not so much. Breakfast wasn’t great. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying this side of Rome definitely not near the train station anyway.

Otel çok kötü bir lokasyonda, yani kötü bir mahallede dışarı çıktığınızda sanki kötü bir ortadoğu ülkesinde gibi hissediyorsunuz, personel çok kabaydı, odalar pis ve bakımsızdı, oteli labirent gibiydi, duvarlar gayet inceydi, sabah 7 de yan odadaki kavga sesleri ile uyandık, bununla birlikte 3 günlük ödeme yapmış olmamıza rağmen ücret iadesi alamadık ama yine de oteli terk edip başka otele geçtik. Hayatımda ilk defa parasını ödediğim bir oteli terk edip kaçtım.
