Mit Freude wieder im gleichen Hotel
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet, das wir dazu gebucht haben, war eine super Entscheidung. Die Auswahlmöglichkeit ist gross und man wechselt jeden Tag einige Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Hotelzimmer ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man hat ein kleines Balkon. Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Bad ist schön und genug Platz für zwei Personen. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer geputzt.

Mir wurde etwas Geschenkt zum Geburtstag. Wir waren sehr überrascht und wir haben das gar nicht erwartet, dass man mir etwas schenkt.

Sie habe drei Pools (1 indoor warm und 2 outdoor kalt). Wir habe diese nicht genutzt, da wir wegen dem Meer dort waren.
Tipp: 9min zu Fuss befindet sich schon der erste schöne, aber kleine Strand von Mallorca 😁

Die Geräte im Fitnessstudio haben eine gute Qualität. Es wird sauber gehalten und man hat genug raum zwischen den Geräten.

Parkplatz gibt es mehr als genug in der Umgebung. Die Preise sind zwischen kostenlos bis angemessen. Das Hotel selbst bietet für 20 Euro noch Parkplätz an, aber die sind nicht nötig.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Qualität des Spa's entsprach nicht unserer Erwartungen. Badekappe zu tragen war eine Pflicht. Man hat die unterschiedlichen Duschen nicht verstanden. Sauna hat Zweck erfüllt, aber nicht wirklich zufrieden gestellt

Shampoo- und Duschgel-Spender des Hotels waren mühsam zu bedienen. Wir hatte schliesslich unsere eigenen gekauft.

En general todo, desde la comodidad de la habitación -destaco la cama- hasta las reposeras de la piscina y el Spa. El desayuno también muy bueno, sabroso y variado, para todos los gustos. Me sentí siempre muy bien tratada por el personal, personas muy amables! El ambiente del hotel también está bien, al menos en mayo estaba bastante tranquilo, no se sintió nunca lleno. Y si has llegado hasta aqui leyendo: el hotel está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 15 minutos caminando encuentras una playa hermosa y buenas opciones de comida/tragos. También está al lado la parada de bus que te conecta con el aeropuerto.

Cons:

Solo sentí que mi habitación no tenia muy buena aislación del ruido.
