I came here...when it first opened in 1986 for a Mary Kay Cosmetic function..I thought it was amazing back then...now 40 years later I finally stayed here..meals in the restaurant were great as were the staff

Everything, balcony, restaurant, pool, staff & cocktails. Nothing was a problem
We liked the location because it was handy to a private hospital we needed to use. Although it’s on a busy road the noise proofing is very good. The room ( deluxe queen) was spacious, comfortable and clean. We like there was a balcony with bush views and a screen door which meant fresh air was an option to aircon. There’s an onsite bar and restaurant which was convenient and also room service. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our meals - decent size , tasty and reasonably priced.
Two major shopping centres - Charlestown Square and Kotara are close. Easy parking onsite.
All staff encountered were pleasant and helpful. We would come back.

We have stayed before and returning was not a disappointment.
Underground parking is a bonus however the EV chargers had some problems while we were there.
It was further out of the town centre than we remembered.
Room service meals were good, beds were comfy.
We had to pay extra for use of a microwave, and for the price we paid overall expectations weren't really met. I've paid less for more on numerous occasions but in saying that it definitely wasn't bad.
