O pagamento do estacionamento do carro, pra mim não faz sentido ter de pagar o estacionamento e nós hospedados lá com eles, ter de pagar 15 euros por noite . Acho que eles não deveriam cobrar pelo estacionamento.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso, novo, muito bem localizado, quarto amplo e confortável, com bela vista para o Rio Tejo, para o Oceanário e Shopping Vasco da Gama. Equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. Como eu ia realizar o check out mais cedo, prepararam um lanche muito gostoso para eu e meu marido levarmos para o aeroporto. O hotel fica localizado perto do Aeroporto de Lisboa em uma região muito bonita. No último andar do hotel existe um restaurante/ bar muito agradável e com bela vista.

Cons:

A TV poderia ser Smart TV, com disponibilidade de acessar plataformas de streaming.

Localizacao e atendimento

Cons:

A corredor cheirava mofo. Nosso quarto na chegada o ar nao funcionou mas trocaram o quarto e no dia seguinte gentilmente se desculparam com vinho e doces tipicos. Cuidam da experiencia do cliente!!!

Comfortable hotel in a prime location for a stay in Parque das Nações.
Pros:

The location was superb, close to Oriente train station, Vasco da Gama shopping centre, MEO Arena, the Oceanarium and much more. The bonus was having the hotel restaurant open after a concert at the Arena.

Cons:

Parking and dropping off luggage is confusing and difficult if not prepared. Sending instructions about going to the back and not the front entrance would be helpful but having staff - doormen, porters, etc - standing near or at these entrances would be helpful, as they all stood around the Concierge and Reception desks when I ran in, having stopped in a bus lane.

Agradável. Localizacao excelente para visitar as atrações do Parque das Nações.
Pros:

Confortável.

Cons:

O piso do chuveiro é muito escorregadio. Principalmente após se usar shampoo e gel de banho. Sou idoso, uma queda tem consequências terríveis. Sugiro colocar um tapetinho plástico com células de sucção.
