Comfortable stay and great location.
Pros:

The property was in a great location with the Mall of Georgia across the street. The hotel was clean and in great condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable and a great shower with good pressure.

Cons:

That we had to pay for parking.

IHG front desk staff played in my face; won't book anymore

Cons:

I asked upon check in for a late checkout.... they kept stalling to give me an answe... told me to ask the early a.m. of check out.. Then when that time came, They denied my request... ill never stay here again...probably won't stay at any more IHG affiliated for that matter

It was my birthday and I had a blast
Pros:

Breakfast is good as usual no complaints
Everything was hot and fresh
The attendant at the desk Ms. ANDREA was so sweet she explained everything to me, wished me a happy birthday and hope that I enjoy my stay.. she was very polite.

Cons:

The parking lot especially at night if you leave and come back there's nowhere to park I had to go around to the side or back of the building to find a park which I feel is not safe. Need more lighting on the side of the building I hope there are cameras too for safety reasons I always stay at this hotel when I come into town and parking is a problem.
