It was in a great area
⭐️ An Extremely Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our stay was a terrible experience. From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell. We went to the front desk to ask for help, but we were simply told that there was nothing they could do. The only thing they could have offered us was an air freshener — and they had run out of those as well.
Beyond the smell, the cleanliness of the room was seriously lacking. Both the bedroom and bathroom were extremely dusty, to the point where we tried to avoid touching the surfaces as much as possible.
But the worst part, by far, was the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, an extremely strong sewage smell filled the room. The bathroom fan did not work, and even opening the window made absolutely no difference. The smell was honestly disgusting and made showering incredibly unpleasant.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of a proper solution after we reported the issue. When a guest reports a mold-like smell in the room and an intense sewage odor coming from the bathroom, you would expect the problem to at least be taken seriously and some effort made to resolve it.
The only positive thing I can say is that the exterior of the hotel is cute and gives a nice first impression. Unfortunately, our room looked and felt nothing like what was advertised in the photos on the hotel’s website.
Without exaggeration, this was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel.
