We enjoy staying there but felt trapped in the bedroom due to the smell

Right on the beach, clean

Cons:

The gate to the underground parking garage was not working, didn’t feel real secure. Our room when you walked in had a nauseating smell each time you came in the door. They came to deodorize with spray and carpet fresh but that only helped for 30 minutes or so. I let them know again but no response.

Way too noisy I was on second floor and the noise was coming from the road and the room next door which is poor, the offer Hilton down the road is much better

Pros:

staying here now. Rooms are ok. staff is great. Guests are questionable. Kids in the pool are out of control. No adult supervision. Adults are also out of control screaming at kids from the balcony. drunk and yelling at each other while kids are running wild. I’m horrified at some of the things going on here. Hilton needs to up its game. this is a part of our timeshare. I will not be returning

The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Cons:

I fell on the property and it seemed they were more interested in me signing a release than they were about whether I was alright. I didn't go in the ambulance and all they had to offer me for my bleeding arm was some bandages.

Excellent !
Pros:

The staff was always willing to help if needed. Very friendly never had anyone not speak or smile. The front desk staff always answered any questions we may have had.
