The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Cons:

I fell on the property and it seemed they were more interested in me signing a release than they were about whether I was alright. I didn't go in the ambulance and all they had to offer me for my bleeding arm was some bandages.

Pros:

The staff was always willing to help if needed. Very friendly never had anyone not speak or smile. The front desk staff always answered any questions we may have had.

From bad to worse.
Pros:

Not much outside of having your own beach strip. The rooms were dingy, and the kitchens look like my grandparents’. To makematters worse the culture at this hotel is poor towards the customer. One of my worst stays in my life. I will go Marriot going forward.

Great place and location at an affordable rate. Friendly staff
Pros:

I love the pool/beach location. Great view. Pool area opens early & closes late, big plus. Also the bed was super comfortable. Bedroom has all the needed amenities.

The check in experience should have been better
Pros:

I like that the hotel was close to the graduation at the Ocean Center that we were attending.

Cons:

I didn’t like the 2 hours that we had to wait for a room. I made reservations approximately 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the hotel at 3:45 for a 4pm check in. the staff at the check in desk was not very helpful. They were or appeared to be totally unconcerned weather we got checked in or not.
