Pros:

Amazing old historic building in the old town which is gorgeous.

Cons:

Sadly in a 5 star hotel i expect the staff to be accommodating and friendly. Apart from the brilliant bar man, the front of house staff and breakfast staff were rude and really unbothered to help.

Never been better welcomed in any hotel ever.
Pros:

The kindness and professionalism of the staff.
-Got us a room much before normal checkin
-Changed room because of AC problem
-Offered us the breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience

Cons:

Hotel is in a pedestrian street. Car acces is somewhat difficult

It's a great place to stay and we will go back for a longer stay.
Pros:

This was among our best stays in a hotel for vacation. It's in a great location, with friendly and hard working staff, and with good rooms and excellent common areas. Really fine place to stay.

Cons:

Access to the hotel by car is hard and there could have been better direction on the best way to get there.

Es ist ein sehr angenehmes, gemütliches Hotel mit viel Atmosphäre und einem sehr guten Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein und fensterlos, was die Freude sehr trübte. Man fand sich in einem "Loch". Schade.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt von Lyon. Mit sehr viel Charme sowohl architektonisch als auch menschlich. Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt.

Great rooms, good AC, amazing breakfast, and wonderful staff. This is a must in Lyon!
Pros:

Great breakfast, love the little touches of Lyon. Rooms are adequately sized and updated; visited Lyon during a spring heatwave and the AC was strong and quiet and refreshing compared to how most European hotels are. Wonderful staff. The concierge made amazing recommendations and set everything up seamlessly. I had an early train to catch and the kitchen made me breakfast early and the night manager was very helpful during departure.
