Pros:

The older front desk im guessing manager, was awesome! So friendly and even upgraded our room because the company we booked with mucked our booking up.

Cons:

No view of anything so felt like we were in a box.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Perfectly located in the retail heart of Sydney and beside a Metro station. The hotel itself exudes old world charm and is well equipped.

Staff were great, food was good, location was excellent. I would stay again.
Pros:

Service/ staff were excellent - helpful, friendly and efficient. Food was fine. The location was excellent, easy access to public transport, shopping, harbourfront.

Cons:

Guests should have the option of reusing towels.
Recycling bins should be available in rooms and all public spaces.
