They have everything a guest needs. Complimentary cookies, tea bags, milk.

Cons:

1. Mirror in front of the bed.
2. Bible in the drawer.
3. The pringles and tolerance chocolate on top of the fridge, on the table, was extra charge. They should’ve been given for free as the room was very creepy.
4. Noises coming from other rooms.
5. No one at the reception. We waited for a while for someone to come and check us in.
6. The lobby reminded me of horror movies haunted hotel.
7. The housekeeper entered our room even when we placed “do not disturb” and “no cleaning” sign! They left another box of pringles and tolerance chocolate for us. We thought they were complimentary. Very disappointed to pay extra for them!

Don’t book this hotel.
Normally, hotel rooms wouldn’t have a mirror placed in front of the bed! There shouldn’t be a bible in the drawer too! Why should there be a bible?

Pros:

The front desk staff was great, especially Calvin as he helped me quickly settle in. Security is good, the rooms are perfect for a place to stay/sleep and the Jazz on friday night was a joy.

Cons:

Pillows were quite big and the walls were very thin, so it was easy to hear people getting up for the day but not too bad since it seemed that everyone was very aware of this, so people took care not to make too much noise.

Beautiful older hotel with a lot of charm.
Pros:

A slightly older hotel with a lot of charm. The room was nice and spacious and the downstairs bar is amazing. Locaton is very good, only 5min walk from airport train station and about 15min walk to the Opera house.

Cons:

There's a little bit of noise that comes through from the street below and the AC units on the walls outside.
