Perfect for me, I'll book there again the next time I'm in Sydney. It's a gem in the city.
Pros:

Location was perfect, close to all the major shopping, walking distance to circular Quay, Hyde Park, and major points of interest, close to Metro and trains and light rail. rooms are small but comfortable,

Cons:

Didn't like the step up into the bathroom, floor was a little slippery make sure you put the bath mat down before you shower to be ready when you are finished.
