Always a warm welcome back from excellent staff and a lively place to stay while in the Hills.

Mention and a Thank you to my favourite staff members Babu and Ussy and Albert at Visy who warmly greeted me. It makes me feel at home!
Babu very efficient with my dinner order and a perfect hot chocolate! Best hot chocolate I have had in a long time! Ussy and Albert as usual with excellent people skills on reception. Check in was easy and efficient. The room was excellent too. An upgrade to a balcony room. Very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. I look forward to returning again soon.

Staff communication was poor, the TV in the room old and wasn't working (Took 5 minutes to load), paying $15 to park on an empty car park, and their refusal to give me a tax invoice (Because it was booked through this site even through booking.com states the property will supply it and I need for work and ever other motel I stay at have no problem with this request) I gave up after multiple messages and getting nowhere

Good sized room.

Cons:

Construction in hotel started at 7:30 some mornings; loud air con which required ear plugs; overly soft bed; broken cabinet which contained the fridge and put it on a slant; outdated entertainment - no streaming or basic foxtel.

Beautiful room however staff ignored request to fill fridge and fridge was not stocked. I did not get the room I paid for

And I was not happy to have paid for two person s for two nights and to stay there I. The Wrong room and at that price teeter like an inference upon them like I had utterly not paid premiummfor a stupid room W no balcony and yeah. I didn't have any guests , paid fory

Please have them refund for my stay and they can sue me if I did more damages to the. Established order than they did to my Personal Dignity during g this time of being tested for lymphoma ok

Cons:

Second night my room service order did not arrive. I waited an hour and called which went through to reception and they were going to follow up. Therefore, I didn't have any dinner that night. It was lucky I had a big lunch and afternoon tea! I mentioned it the next morning on check out.
