Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, freundlicher Empfang
Pros:

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, das Zimmer nach hinten war absolut ruhig.
Moderne Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Gutes Frühstück.
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das wurde aber schnell und pragmatisch durch einen Zimmerwechsel gelöst.

Cons:

Ich persönlich mag lieber richtige Türen beim Bad. Diese Glas-Schiebetüren sehen zwar gut aus, sind aber nicht praktisch oder sinnvoll.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist für ein Kurzbesuch in Ordnung, aber für länger nicht wirklich, da ein wenig Komfort fehlt, das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, sehr überschaubar

Gute Lage, sauber, ruhig, freundliches Personal, und Preis/Leistung stimmte.
Pros:

Die Lage war vorteilhaft, da vieles, zum Beispiel der Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum bis zur Elbphilharmonie, zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sauber, praktisch. Das Leitungswasser hat Trinkwasserqualität. Der Strom ist auch während Abwesenheit eingeschaltet, so dass etwas geladen werden kann. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und gut, und der Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend.

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag im Alster Hof und uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen und das Frühstück.Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.Von Samstag 20 Uhr bis Montag 8 Uhr kann man kostenlos unmittelbar vor dem Hotel parken.
