Wir mussten unser Gepäck in den 2.Stock schleppen. Mir war nicht klar, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Und wurden auch nicht gefragt, ob wir Hilfe benötigen.

Very noisy in the E building, streets cars and motorbikes - you should really get cops to crack down on this. Noisy doors also to the hallways/ staircase.

Not enough towels for 3 person room, let reception know, they left more towels, but only cleaned half of room, very strange. And didnt take wet towels. They must have been called away.
Overall, it was a decent stay, good price, would be ok with slightly dated surrounds, thr main issue is the street noise, think you should raise this issue with the authorities there. Not your fault
Unfortunately, we were unable to get early check-in as requested on our reservation made nearly a year before arrival. Understand that you were unable to guarantee that. Arrived on a Friday in August for a nearby event for 3 days. Went to the Blue Pearl for lunch to wait for room. Food excellent. Staff fabulous there. At check-in there were no bellhops at all to carry multiple large, heavy suitcases up slim staircases to 3rd floor room. Seriously? That is rather pathetic for a "RESORT" hotel. Glad I am a fit 68 year old! Indoor spaces had a musty odor as might be expected right off the water. Our room was spacious and clean. As to other amenities, well they were pretty much nil. Fitness center closed. Lobby coffee maker broken Saturday morning. No offer to get coffee elsewhere. You have a restaurant and bar right on the premises! We received exactly NO sevice our entire stay. No beds made, no replenishing of towels, coffee pods, or water bottles as described in our reservation. I guess the maid staff hates climbing those stairs as much as the nonexistent bellhops!!

Staff was very hospitable andaccommodating. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Basic accommodations suitable for short stays.
Lots of separate buildings so we had to walk across the street to our accommodations. As seniors we could have used help with our luggage. There's no vending machines to pick up a late night snack.

I know the bar / restaurant is not run by the hotel, but it is a reflection of the hotel.

We did not like the fact that our stay was only 1 night. Unfortunately when we arrived there were no available rooms so we continued our journey on the Island.
