Dirty, unpleasant
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

It was dirty and there was a lot of miscommunication with the staff when it came to parking on site. My room was filthy, it looked like the bathroom hadn’t had a proper scrub ever and it was just spray and wiped after each guest. Not to mention my bathroom flooded from the shower and the water made its way into my bedroom and soaked the carpet..

Perfect stay! Great location and very convenient
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Another plus: private parking garage.

Staff were very welcoming and great location

Cons:

Bathroom door wouldn't close due to damage at the bottom of it and the balcony door wasn't sealed properly it was letting a very cold draft in.

Exceptional!
Pros:

Hiya, stayed here for my birthday night with friends, The place was exceptional, we could not believe the size of the room, massive balcony, it was such a lovely stay. Everything was so close, and great with the coffee place there too.

Brilliant. Relaxing. Rejuvenating.
Pros:

Literally everything. I will always choose Oaks as my accommodation when I'm in the city. It's like a home away from home. The staff is absolutely incredible.
