Great location!

Cons:

Felt like the room isn't used much as it was very worn and tired. Tiles needed a good clean and a refurbish. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and they never came back to me about providing one. Living room felt like there was furniture missing, the room was huge but there was only one couch and a cafe setting. Single glazing so noisy at times.

Affordable and convenient. Just don’t expect more.
Pros:

The location is great with easy access to the tram. The price was affordable and appropriate. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot! Coffee pods were a bonus, no instant here.

Cons:

The rooms need an update. There was no door on the laundry, the sliding door to the bedroom was difficult to use as it jammed, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there are marks all over the walls that need a good clean. The rooms aren’t soundproofed, you can hear the footsteps of the people above and clearly hear conversations of people in the hallways.

But, weirdly, the room felt like a dungeon. The balcony opened onto the wall of the next building which was close enough you could bounce a ball off it! And there was very little natural light.

Good location, nice pool, good value for money for a city location.

Cons:

Property wasn’t that clean. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a cigarette butt on our balcony when we arrived. Even though we had a studio with kitchen, the kitchen didn’t have a lot in it. The fire alarm went off twice one night, we didn’t know it was a false alarm until we had gotten out of bed, got dressed & walked down 8 flights to be told it was a false alarm at 3am. No provision to let people know it was a false alarm, ie. in-house loud speaker system.
