nicht gut Gefühl
This hotel is dishonest. We booked a three‑day stay in advance. For the first two days, due to the football match, the room rate was raised to €427 per night. However, the day after the match ended, all football fans had left, and the hotel dropped the price of the same rooms to €147 per night. Yet they still charged us €427 for the exact same room.
In my opinion, this hotel lacks credibility. During our three‑night stay, the room was not cleaned on one day, and the towels were not replaced either. This hotel is absolutely terrible.
Very good breakfast and restaurant was our pick for two evenings in a row. Service was nice. Localized very well.
TV could be better.

Great location for seeing Budapest and close to super public transport. Very good and spacious room and we enjoyed the variety available for breakfast Very courteous and helpful staff. All in all a very good hotel.
A bit disappointed that the garden dining facilities were not always available. We can appreciate that if the weather is not good, if it is raining, it would not be possible to sit outside. However we really enjoyed returning to the hotel after a day out and about and having a drink out in the garden restaurant. On a number of occasions it was closed when there was no rain so we were really disappointed and the staff member on both occasions was not courteous in telling us it was closed! Our only negative experience.
