Pros:

Спасибо отелю и персоналу. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Сам номер симпатичный, очень удобные матрасы, чисто в номере, окна с шумоизоляцией (выходили на улицу с трамваями, практически не слышно звука). В номере есть чайник и чай. Интересный дизайн ванны, всё удобно, есть фен.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
Gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn.

Cons:

Das umliegende Erscheinungsbild des Hotels, war sehr durch Graffitis, Aufkleber und durch das ortsansässige Klientel geprägt. Seitenstraßen und Parkplatz, bis hin zur Hotelfassade waren mit linker bis linksextrener Symbolig geprägt und anstössig präsentiert. Man hatte manchmal sogar, ein bedrohliches Gefühl vor Ort, mit den "falschem" Aussehen durch die Straßen zu laufen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.
Modernes Badezimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Lage zu weit außerhalb. Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Reinigung muss selbst angemeldet werden, wenn man 8 Nächte vor Ort ist (zumindest einmal könnte bei so einer Zeitspanne das generell mit inkludiert sein). Vorhänge waren fleckig. Minibar nicht sauber. Alles wirkt sehr dunkel und beengend. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich hellhörig (sowohl Gang als auch Innenhof). Matratze viel zu hart.

Die „äußere Neustadt“ mit vielen (preiswerten) Lokalen und Alternativszene ist nah, Verkehrsanbindung mit Straßenbahnen in die Innenstadt reichlich vorhanden.

Cons:

Ältliches Hotel, ein bisschen außerhalb, einfach eine unspektakuläre Wohngegend.

Für Kurztrip alles okay!
Pros:

Frühstück war gut,,wurde auch immer nachgefüllt,von Allem etwas,leider aufgebackene Fertigbrötchen.
(Hatten uns auf Ostbrötchen gefreut):)

Cons:

Im Sommer sehr aufgeheizte Zimmer,wir vorallem unter Dachschräge.
Auf Bitten einen kl. Ventilator erhalten.
Mehr Kontrolle ,wer da Ein-Ausgeht.Aufgefallen war ein Mann,der sicher kein Hotelgast war,an 2 Tagen.
Mit grossen Tüten und viel Obst aus der im Foyer stehenden Obstschale genommen,u uns um Geld anbettelte.

Sehr gut!
Pros:

Frühstück hatten wir nicht aber die Lage war sehr gut und wir haben auch schnell in einer Seitenstraße einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Cons:

Das es in dem Zimmer relativ warm war und man trotz lüften kaum eine niedrigere Temperatur reinbekommen hat.
