Cons:

Ranajky na 21.storocie desne.. Prazenica jak v 1 hviezdickovom hoteli, aj ostatne,kvalita ranajok naozaj biedna, zaspali dobu. Vybavenie hotela take starsie. Nepodarilo sa mi dovolat na recepciu. Kam uz sa ma clovek dovolat ked nie do hotela?

Great hotel in great location with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is about as good as it gets in Bratislava. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Cons:

Only slight criticism would be that the massage was over priced for what you got. The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor due to the configuration so had to be a bit careful not to slip.

A fantastic hotel , with all 5 star facilities in the best place of Bratislava , what else to ask ?
Pros:

The best hotel in Bratislava . located just where the old city begins , in a green and quiet square .They upgraded our room to a huge and comfortable one with all facilities .5 star comfort hotel and will definitely be my choice again if I come to this city .

V tomto hoteli sme boli ubytovaní už opakovane a vždy sa sem veľmi radi vraciame. Miesto je skutočne výnimočné, hotel ponúka príjemnú atmosféru a vysoký štandard služieb.

Raňajky boli opäť výborné, personál je profesionálny, ochotný a veľmi ústretový.
Veľmi nás potešilo aj milé gesto pri odchode, keď nám recepčná ponúkla fľašu vody na cestu. Je to drobnosť, ktorá však zanechá výborný dojem a dá hosťovi pocit, že je pre hotel dôležitý nielen počas pobytu, ale aj pri odchode.
