Pros:

Şehrin daha merkezinde olamaz, hatta şunu diyeyim birçok turist tarihi opera binasını bir kez çekip oteli 3 kez çekiyordu.. Kahvaltısı 20 den fazla avrupa ülkesi gezdik kesinlikle ilk 3 içinde yer alır..

Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Bratislava.Preis/Leistung passt perfekt

Positiv ist auch die Check Out Zeit bis 12 Uhr

Cons:

Leider keine Einzeldecken für das Doppelbett. Hier war die Doppeldecke sehr unpraktisch.

A great location to stay while spending a couple of days exploring Bratislava.
Pros:

Excellent location, nice rooms and very helpful staff. Our room overlooked the main square so we got a good sense of the feeling of the city in the morning before we headed out. We loved the bar but didn’t spend much time there.

Hotel con posizione perfetta

L'albergo si trova direttamente in centro Bratislava, vicino agli imbarchi per le crociere sul Danubio e nella piazza antistante si possono prendere i pulmini per fare il giro della città.
Camera ampia e pulita con scelta dei cuscini. Bella la vista dalle finestre.
Colazione buona con molta varietà.
Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Savoy e ci siamo trovati bene.
Il personale in generale attento e premuroso.

Cons:

Il primo giorno a colazione abbiamo trovato un menù sul tavolo per ordinare degli extra ma nessun cameriere è passato a chiedere o a spiegare come funzionasse il servizio.
I giorni seguenti il menù non c'è più stato.
Sarebbe opportuno che i caffè/cappuccini venissero fatti dal personale e non da una macchinetta. Una sola macchinetta per tutta l'utenza dell'hotel.
Tramite booking avevamo prenotato la cena per la prima sera ma una volta arrivati in hotel la nostra prenotazione non risultava. L'addetto alla reception ha provveduto a trovarci comunque un tavolo. Molto apprezzato
I detergenti/profumati utilizzati in camera hanno un odore molto forte, abbiamo dovuto togliere le federe ai cuscini.
La spa è a pagamento ed è provvista di idromassaggio e sauna
