skvělý bar s neuvěřitelnilně přívětivým personálem - byla jsem sama ( je mi 63 let ...) Barman se mnou diskutoval o nabídce slovenských vín, ochutnala jsem jich několik a doporučil mi i kde se dají v Bratislavě koupit, dokonce mi našel na mobilu i e-shop ! byl báječný - a jeho míchání koktejlů bylo skutečně divadelní představení - hrál si vlastně sám se sklem a nápoji . takže děkuji za přijemný večer.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

located in the center city (just minutes walk from most snp, bus station). The property is clearly luxurious, and the amenities are of a superior standard. The room is very spacious; the furnitures, while not brand new, are in perfect working order. There is a giant TV. Services above average.

Cons:

If one really wants to nitpick, the colour of the bulb lights in the toilet is too cold for my taste.

It was wonderful
Pros:

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Carlton in Bratislava and was very impressed, particularly with the excellent customer service.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old Town, making it an ideal base for exploring this beautiful city.

My room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured two large windows with a lovely outlook over the square. Although there is currently some construction outside, the room was wonderfully quiet, and I couldn’t hear any noise from it.

I initially had a concern regarding my room, but the management team responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They allowed me to remain in my lovely room, removed the additional room charge, and generously covered my room service and minibar expenses. I truly appreciated their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Access to the gym and spa was another welcome bonus.

What impressed me most was how the hotel handled my concerns. Things don’t always go perfectly when travelling, but it’s how a hotel responds that makes all the difference.

I left feeling genuinely valued as a guest and would happily recommend the Radisson Blu Carlton to anyone visiting Bratislava.
