Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr charmantem und hilfsbereitem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt von Bratislava ist toll.
Der tolle Restaurants, wie das Restaurant Zylinder, sind in Hotelnähe.
Ein sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Excellent location. Very nice rooms.
Pros:

Excellent location. The staff were lovely and upgraded our room to a Junior Suite which was very spacious.

Cons:

The air conditioning could not be turned off and went on and off throughout the night. It was very noisy each time it came back on which was regularly throughout the night. The Hotel staff said they would see to it being rectified.

Great location, friendly staff and amazing terrace room!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing room! The terrace was so worth it. Glad we paid the extra money to have the outside space. Super great location and was very nice to have A/C. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We had a fantastic stay! We also bought a bottle of wine and the staff was super helpful getting us a bucket of ice and a cork screw. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the city centre, close to tram. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable. However, unfortunately we had booked a double bed, but we didn't know that there was only one big mattress, instead of two mattresses. So you could feel every movement from the other person.

Pros:

Outstanding good sercie and quality of the Hotel. Everybody is polite and always engaged to support the customer.
Breakfast very good quality. Mirrir Bar higly recommended.
