Minor issues that didn’t get resolved like the tile in the bathroom being broke and the phone did not work in the room which I asked multiple times to come and fix and a couple more things but I won’t share.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating

The cleaning staff was mediocre at best, there was debris left on the floor and on the table tops our entire 5 day stay

Todo. El hotel, el personal, la ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación.... la chica de recepción sabia que era nuestra luna de miel y nos regalo el desayuno. Muy recomendable si venís a menphis.
