Pros:

Hotel proprio all'uscita dall'autostrada e quindi facile da raggiungere. Comodo e sicuro il parcheggio multipiano, basta seguire le istruzioni che vengono date al check in. Quando si arriva, si può lasciare l'auto lì davanti, scaricare le valigie e poi andare a parcheggiare l'auto per 22 dollari a notte. Bello il rooftop. Diversi ristoranti vicino all'hotel, come il Bardog, pub informale con ottimo cibo.
Menphis è una città deserta, con tantissimi barboni. Anche Baele street abbastanza deludente. Vale la pena solo per andare a Graceland.

Cons:

L'albergo è ottimo per qualità/prezzo. Il problema è la città di Menphis che non sembra molto sicura. Vicino all'albergo nessun problema, ma sulla strada principale tanti barboni.

L’emplacement et la tranquillité globale

Cons:

L’accueil à la réception pas top! Des explications rapides et peu convaincantes…
Un réparateur a dû venir dans notre chambre pour réparer la climatisation. Ils ont retenu des frais sur ma carte de crédit en guise de sécurité mais je n’ai pas encore été remboursés à ce jour (1 semaine plus tard)

Extremely disappointed by the poor service and lack of accountability.

Cons:

The front-desk employee failed to add my requested parking even after I provided a separate card and received parking instructions and a code. I later received a parking ticket because of this mistake. Joshua could see both cards on file but showed no sympathy or willingness to correct the issue. I also noticed other guests received detailed tours and explanations about the hotel, while I was not given the same welcoming treatment.
