We will not be coming back as it is not a good place for us to stay but overall it was closer to the Dome and Subway, Ha

It was walking distance to where we wanted to go.

We had to a use a code to use the lifts but it was not explained properly how to use, we kept getting confused and my husband was getting a bit impatient and annoyed with me it should have been written on a card and explained properly to us.
The bath was not so good us elderly over 60 as we both had to climb into and out and was very frightening as we was worried we might have a fall in there so we were very careful. Also the private parking at the back was to close to park to another vehicle as we had to be careful so the car doors do not scratch the other vehicle beside us. The fee was a bit high $30 a day but we had to pay it as it was closer to the lift as my husband cannot walk very far.A bit noisy from the traffic early hours and late at night, as we were located on
the main street.

Good value for money. Close to the docks for the Rottnest ferry and fairly close to Optus Stadium

Staff were fantastic

Cons:

A second bed would have been preferable to a sofa bed as I was traveling with my mother but I understand the limitations with the room set up. There was no view - we were looking at a brick wall of the next apartment block but we weren't expecting a view so no issues there.

Great location
Pros:

Perfect location -- within walking distance to Barrack Jetty (ferry to Rottenest Island); Elizabeth Quay; & Perth train station; Perth Town Hall was just a stone throw away. There were several CAT bus-stops near to the hotel - rides on CAT buses are free-of-charge ;-). Kings Park was also nearby (accessible with CAT bus or 30 mins walk). Many restaurants nearby & shopping were convenient.
Room was tidy & clean. The room has a fairly equipped kitchenette with oven; microwave; mini fridge & utensils/cutleries/plates, etc. There is a laundry washing machine (with drying capability) in the bathroom.
I stayed in a 2-room apartment with friends prior to moving to this 1-room unit, so I need to wash a load of laundry -- I had to clean the washing machine before using it :-(

Cons:

1) Please check & clean the washing machine after each stay
2) It will be greatly appreciated if laundry detergent is provided
3) Parts of clothes drying rack loose/broken & need fixing.
