Friendly staff, excellent location that is within easy walk of train or bus and good value

Cons:

on first entering the room there was a strong smell of curry (likely left over from previous guest)
Bed is rather low to the floor compared to most hotels I’ve been in.

Cleaners in our room on arrival @ 3pm. Left previous occupants personal belongings ie underwear in bathroom.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, except for check out day, the lady on slugged me with a $60 late fee when I had seen the make staff during the week not apply late fees.
She wasn't busy she was just rude. Rude enough she cancelled my code making it harder for me to check out as I couldn't get back up to remove my bags.

Cons:

I loved my rooms and the hotel. Will stay again

Great location, all you need to get by, a bit dated but clean.

The Oriental female staff member with the face mask was not friendly (the oriental lady with long hair and the gentleman with the glasses were both very friendly)
Having to put the code in the lift with others in the lift. Now they know your room code!
