Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Upgraded to a deluxe room which was excellently presented. The bar and food in the bar was first class and great value. We also had breakfast in the dining room which was very good with professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Particular mention to George in the bar who was so helpful and friendly. Also lovely staff in the restaurant at breakfast time.

Pros:

Martin, Micheal our two waiters at breakfast also housekeeping nothing was a trouble. We arrived to a beautiful scene of the lake and Hall. We enjoyed the peace and tranquilty of the Hall in which we were in great need. We would like to visit again at some stage.

Cons:

Room was a little dated and looked out to a less then perfect vue , although the furniture and bathroom had everything we could want and the size of the room was perfect.
