Poorly maintained
Pros:

Hair in the bath tub ceramic chipping off in bath tub this is just a poorly maintained place and over priced !! I was charged $173 while other people who were walking were charged $109 and they were not from a third party they were true walk ins .. go to the next exit

Not a place anyone would want to stay
Pros:

Horrible...room wasn't ready at 3:15, place was dirty, kids running up and down hallways at night, unfriendly staff, felt like drug deals were going down in lobby, rude guests, elevator smelled like weed, etc.
Stay away from this place.

I thought it was a little overpriced for what I got.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was nice.

Cons:

I was told breakfast was not included in the price I paid, but it was for others. That was off putting.
The air conditioner was very loud.
The staff only shared information if I asked about it.

Unless it’s the cheapest, and you only care about price, maybe look elsewhere
Pros:

Well maybe the size of the room. That’s about it.

Cons:

TV are not smart so you can’t stream with your accounts or cast from your phone. Pillows are super soft, once your head is on the it goes flat might as well not have pillow, rooms items and all is really old, this is more like old style Route 66 motel from that date

Pros:

The staff was very friendly no matter what time of day it was, you do not find that very often anymore. The breakfast was really good but the spring rolls appetizer and sauce was amazing!

Cons:

The hotel needs to state more clearly that the breakfast is an extra charge not complimentary with your booking.

Pros:

Everything was good, pool is pretty tiny, if anyone besides our group of 3 was in the pool with us it felt very cramped... workers always said hi and we're friendly. Night waitress at in house restaurant was the absolute sweetest!!!

Ok, but price/service relation not acceptable!

Cons:

Already very much used, renovation needed. Broken, dirty parts of doors and walls
Price for 2 nights per room when we booked 3 months upfront around 1000 Eur is just a joke. Fault of booking.com i guess!

I would like to speak to a human. Not Jolene, the AI female sounding voice.
Pros:

When we booked the hotel, breakfast was to be included. Not so, when we checked in.
When our grandson did have a breakfast, the fees were more than the cost of the meal.

Never stay at a Hilton property!
Pros:

It was in a nice location.

Cons:

Our rooms wall coverings were falling off, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the hallways and elevator were hot and humid. Our door was left with the deadbolt holding the door open after maintenance was in.
