Me gustó su ubicación, el personal muy amable. La alberca es muy linda. Las camas muy cómodas.
No hay acceso desde el estacionamiento hacia el hotel. En mi cuarto había hormigas. En el baño, la regadera no tiene puerta y se sale el agua aunque seamos cuidadosos. El WiFi sólo es gratis durante 7 días. Considero que el precio es un poco elevado para lo que se ofrece.
Me parece bien ubicado y comodo
La comida del restaurante muy mala. Cuándo mérida tiene una gastronomía maravillosa, la comida estaba fría y le faltaba sazón.
El lobby
Mi habitación tenía mucha humedad. Habitación vieja y fea. No servía el frigobar. El cuarto y las paredes tenían manchas de humedad. Instalaciones de la habitación feas y viejas. Pésima calidad precio
El personal fue siempre muy amable y con muy buena disposición.
El hotel muy limpio y con muy buena ubicación, la verdad estuvimos muy a gusto.
No hay algo en especial que mencionar que no me haya gustado.

Hola el desayuno bien la atención de los meseros muy bien,la atención de las chicas de recepción muy bien el servicio del personal muy bien
No me gusto que yo reserve una habitación que se veía muy bonita en internet y reserve 2 adultos 2 niños y cuando llegue me asignaron una habitación que no se parecía ala de las fotos y videos y olia a humedad no estaba muy limpia parecía que le habían dado mantenimiento y apenas se volvía a ocupar , lampara rota, rodapie manchado cristales de cuando abres la puerta a la derecha lo que era el closer muy bonitos pero manchados de pintura tome fotos ,en la habitación me dejaron solo dos toallas y 2 aguas lo reporte a recepción la señorita me mostro otra habitacion que esa si estaba muy bonita y muy limpia y el mobiliario se veía muy bien y al otro dia ya me pusieron 4 toallas y 4 aguas asi como cafe, pero regresando el sábado de nuestro tour otra vez dos toallas y dos aguas y no a completaron el café ,probablemente porque salíamos el Domingo 7 , y ademas no habiamos dejado propina pero yo siempre dejo hasta el último día para dejarlo junto y si le deje a la camarista asi como un recado escrito junto con su propina.
La ubicación del hotel, esta en un punto estratégico para moverse a cualquier lado, la vista de la piscina es hermosa y la cama estuvo muy cómoda
La regadera y la llave de la tina, se abria el paso para la regadera y en automático se abre el de la tina no supimos como cerrar una sin que la otra se cierre, en sí el área de baño muy deficiente

Furniture was not as good as I would suppose for a Curio hotel. Old and not well maintained.

In a very complicated international shipping process involving multiple parties, Mr. Cesar went above and beyond to ensure my device was handled safely. He personally monitored the shipment, insisted on proper packaging to prevent damage, and even covered local customs fees out of his own pocket to avoid any delays. His professionalism, integrity, and genuine kindness are a testament to the high standards of Hilton's Curio Collection. He turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming story of hospitality. If you are looking for a hotel that truly cares for its guests, I highly recommend Villa Mercedes Merida. I look forward to returning to this 'home away from home' soon!"
