No probamos el desayuno. Tiene buena ubicación con buena cercanía al centro de Mérida.
Tuvimos una falla con la luz de la habitación en el segundo día y tuvimos que esperar para cambiar a una nueva habitación, la cual fue un poco más pequeña que la original a pesar de cobrarse el mismo monto.

la comida terrible en el restaurante del hotel
El servicio de Victor y Alessandra en recepcion excelente, nos hicieron early check in porque ya estaba lista la habitación y eso siempre se agradece. Las amenidades bien, el agua de cortesía nunca debe faltar.
La fachada esta muy bonita pero al hotel en general es viejo igula que cuando era el intercontinental, no le han hecho nada le urge una remodelación, los cuartos son viejos, los muebles viejisimos y los cajones huelen a humedad por lo mismo. En el baño todo esta junto por lo que solo lo puede utilizar una persona. El buffet esta bien pero deberían poner mas cosas afuera se alentan al llevar las cosass que cocinan en la plancha porque son demasiadas y terminan por no llevarte lo que pediste. El closet no tiene entrepaños y sus puertas son de museo de hace mil años. Y además hay que mandar un mail para que te facturen, es el colmo.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.mussten zimmer wechseln da immer wieder strom ausfiel wegen klimaanlage. Dann zimmer mit milchglasfenster bekommen.badezimmer wirkt abgenutzt.
la ubicacion y la recepcion
No funciono la caja fuerte, no tenia servibar, las habitaciones ya se ven deterioradas y el mobiliario antiguo, el precio del desayuno buffet caro para el tipo de alimentos.
Me gustó su ubicación, el personal muy amable. La alberca es muy linda. Las camas muy cómodas.
No hay acceso desde el estacionamiento hacia el hotel. En mi cuarto había hormigas. En el baño, la regadera no tiene puerta y se sale el agua aunque seamos cuidadosos. El WiFi sólo es gratis durante 7 días. Considero que el precio es un poco elevado para lo que se ofrece.
Me parece bien ubicado y comodo
La comida del restaurante muy mala. Cuándo mérida tiene una gastronomía maravillosa, la comida estaba fría y le faltaba sazón.
El lobby
Mi habitación tenía mucha humedad. Habitación vieja y fea. No servía el frigobar. El cuarto y las paredes tenían manchas de humedad. Instalaciones de la habitación feas y viejas. Pésima calidad precio
El personal fue siempre muy amable y con muy buena disposición.
El hotel muy limpio y con muy buena ubicación, la verdad estuvimos muy a gusto.
No hay algo en especial que mencionar que no me haya gustado.
