Lovely property and would stay here again
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean and we liked the vintage feel of the hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated and appreciated the daily cleanings and evenings when they would close the blinds and leave a rose on the pillow. They have fresh flowers throughout the hotel and we ate breakfast at La Regina every morning because our server, Gerry was so amazing! We went to the infinity hot tub a couple times to relax- very nice. Very nice plush robes are provided which we used to go to the pool area. Good location which is walkable to Queen Street for shopping and eating.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that the shower was very small.

Staff, Room and Hotel location was great. Nice patio area to end a busy day with a cocktail and light bites to eat.

Cons:

For the parking lot maintenance but they used gas leaf blowers to tidy things up. This left vehicles covered cars with grit and dust. I hope that this was a one off occurrence and not common practice.

Pros:

The desk staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size, and we could walk to a diner to have breakfast.

Cons:

There were partyers coming and going in the hallways until 3:30am. Parking was difficult when we got back around 10pm. The air conditioner and fridge were loud.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, loved the back restaurant patio! The fresh rose on the pillow was a very nice touch.

Outstanding staff and beautiful room!
Pros:

Beautiful location and proerty

Cons:

Wi fi had issues. Went to the front desk and the staff was very nice but they had trouble with WiFi too. Not their fault.

Pros:

The roses were a beautiful touch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, welcoming. The gardens outside were incredible. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk a lot and we could get everywhere we wanted to go on foot.

Cons:

I wish we could have accessed Neflix or Crave from our hotel room but I did not bring an HDMI cable with me. We did use the ability to access network TV using our phone and that was nice.

OK but not great.
Pros:

Dinner server was outstanding
Breakfast on the patio was great.

Cons:

Room was very noisy until midnight due to weddings on premise.
Room was advertised as "view" in Booking.ca - view was roof and parking lot
