Pros:

Tibor was very accommodating when we asked to just have coffee outside in the morning before we left with our friends even though we weren’t having breakfast.

Peaceful comfortable stay in a great location, surrounded by a beautifully landscape property.
Pros:

Very well kept, beautiful, blooming flowers, perfect time of the year for a visit.

Cons:

I had a problem with the lack of a ramp to wheel my suitcase to the elevator.
The tub was a bit tricky to access for an older person.
Increased staffing at the restaurant is a must. I experienced wait times and few staff running around to keep everyone happy. They did a great job. They just need more help.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great. Loved the shops and restaurants too. Everywhere I went I was surrounded with stunning flowers and landscaping. The roses left on my pillow were a nice touch.

One of my new favorite places to be!
Pros:

Gorgeous & well kept.
Couldn’t be happier!

Cons:

No outdoor patio area with a view that didn’t require purchase of a drink. Weather was good and we would have enjoyed sitting out
Did not like 20 dollar fee per person. Don’t advertise free parking, wifi when it’s really not included. Build it into the hotel price

This not worth the money.
Pros:

The room is a good size and nicely decorated. The staff responds quickly.

Cons:

The beds are not very comfortable. Our room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm as standard policy but when we arrived they were still cleaning room. Then they knocked on our door to clean the room at 11:40am on check out day even though our check out was not until noon. The cleaning carts were parked outside our door until the evening on both days. There supplies in the bathroom were not restocked. The patio at the restaurant was not open due to staffing issues. There was broken glass at our breakfast table.
