Beautiful room with excellent view and fireplace as focal point. Wow factor!
Nice location. Room was good. Bed was comfortable.
Pillows weren’t comfortable.
Our room was fantastic.
Staff at front desk and in the restaurant were absolutely incredible.
The building is well maintained and very nice.
Location is fantastic (to walk into Niagara On the Lake, as well as day trips to wineries or Niagara Falls.
We ate dinner at the restaurant, and the meal was spectacular.
We went into Bacchus Lounge before dinner for a drink - and we were served by Joe.
He was absolutely miserable, from being angry that we weren't ordering food (and slamming down the menus on the counter, after stating "I don't have a drinks menu" When I asked what he would recommend he walked away).
He returned about 5 minutes later with a drinks menu - again not engaging in any conversation.
He continued to slam things down behind the bar throughout our time in the bar (30 minutes).
My husband tried to compliment him on the smokey drink he had, but Joe was absolutely horrible.
I am aghast that Queen's Landing would employ someone who clearly doesn't want to be working there.
I always try to give someone the benefit of the doubt (you never know what is going on in someone's life to make them behave the way they do) - However...
We looked up other reviews - and Joe and his attitude is mentioned several times.
It was elegant and welcoming.
We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the front desk was nice enough to put a bottle of wine and a rose in our room. It was very thoughtful.
Real plastic cups should be available to take a beverage to the pool area.
Cleanliness and comfort
This does not apply. I liked everything.
