Pros:

4泊5日で台湾旅行をしていて、最後に少し奮発しようと思い予約したが想像以上に良いホテルでした。
調度品もよく整えられており、ホテル内でずっと過ごしたとしても満足していたと思います。
朝食はオーソドックスなものから台湾料理が揃えてあり、どれもおいしかった。
スタッフの方も丁寧な対応をされており、受付は日本語が通じたのでチェックイン、チェックアウトも快適でした。

日本語の案内や説明書がまったくなかった
近所のレストランやお土産店の案内もまったく無し　事前の口コミを読んでこのホテルにきめましたが失敗でした　ただ部屋は広くきれいでした　5泊しましたが残念でした

Classy hotel
Pros:

This hotel offers the ultimate comfort a traveller could look for. Even if some things might look a bit outdated, the whole atmosphere of peace and serenity with absolutely no noise or interference from outside or inside the hotel (with the staff being able to do their job without being seen or heard) makes you feel very happy. Me and my family appreciated very much the spacious apartment and the classy interior resembling a luxurious cruise ship. The free coffee and snacks were a very nice touch. I would be very happy for the owners of this hotel to not give up on their standards and continue to provide the same service in the future. Many thanks to Simon, who made the check-in process very pleasant.

ロケーションが良かった。

Cons:

今回は、ドア周りの案内やドアマンとスタッフ間との連携に少しぎこちなさがあり、以前のような落ち着いた一体感が弱まっているように感じました。スタッフの入れ替わりもあり、サービスの雰囲気が変わった印象です。全体の雰囲気が、以前の高級路線とは少し違う方向に変化してきたように感じました。今後の変化にも注目しています。
