Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό , μας άλλαζαν πετσέτες όποτε το ζητούσαμε. Είναι πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό των τρένων και σε στάση Μετρό το οποίο διευκολύνει τις μετακινήσεις. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό.

Hatte das Glück das beste Zimmer im Hotel zu bekommen, einziges Zimmer im 4. Stock mit toller Terrasse. Lage ist auch sehr gut, nahe am Hauptbahnhof und Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut (Bus/Strassenbahn ca 2 Minuten, U-Bahn ca 10 Minuten), Croissants sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas ausgeweitet werden (z.B. mit Obst oder einem Ei) und etwas länger angeboten werden (aktuell bis 9.30 Uhr).

Good size room, very good air conditioning, clean , lovely marble stairs. Clean and not bothered to get out of the room for cleaning we could go at any time and come back to clean the room.

Pleasant and convenient
Pros:

Little hotel with decent room, hospitable staff and convenient location (close to Termini), 24/7 reception which is great for late night arrivals.

Cons:

The breakfast is extremely simple, but that is not as much of a problem as the concept of the service where the ham and cheese slices are with the waiter and you have to ask for exact number of slices, which is unpleasant and weird. Door slamming of other rooms is very loud and disturbing. Also the frequent passage of ambulance car with sirens on is also disruptive, so earplugs are a must.
