Terrible managers
Pros:

The night staff was super kind.

Cons:

I spent 19 days in this rotten hotel. The general manager and owner were extremely rude. The rooms had electrical dangers, and a socket was hanging out in the bathroom. Another room we were given stank. The third room had water problems. All of these issues were reported and documented. The duvets were literally yellow with stains. The bins were dirty. The night staff are diamonds; they were super friendly and kind. Photos are posted, and more are to come.

Frukosten bra och personalen trevliga, helt okej hotell, ingen wow känsla.
Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

The spa was wonderful and the breakfast was exquisite.
The workers are so kind, patient and heartwarming. They granted my special request and made my husband's birthday very special. He's so excited to book another stay just him and I. Location is perfect for both for driving and buses. Dinner tasted really good too.

Pros:

Not a spa hotel, but a hotel with a pool
Pros:

Unlimited breakfast

Cons:

Small rooms right next to a parking lot, spa was basically just one pool, saw a cockroach in the room last day of our stay,

Cons:

staff communication was poor.
they dont clearly state on the booking ad that the pool/sauna is extra fee.
