Room was dirty, and the heater control did not work, so heat was full on all the time
Fanns pentry på rummet. Dock inget porslin/glas/grytor/bestick. Hade mat med att laga men det gick alltså inte. Fick dricka vin ur tandborstmugg. Spaet var dock trevligt och familjevänligt

Frukosten på helgen hade bra variation
Rummet som vi bokade var Superior Double. Det var en besvikelse att komma in i rummet då det var väldigt slitet och en illaluktande lukt slog emot oss när vi öppnade dörren.
Vi kom sent och blev tråkigt bemötta, ingen vidare introduktion till hotellet. Vi kände oss inte omhändertagna och välkomna.
Frukosten på fredagen var trött och tråkig. Hit kommer vi inte igen.
Bilderna på rummen stämmer inte överens med verkligheten, inte prisvärt!

Parkeringen borde varit gratis . Kvällsmaten var dålig, bedrövlig , ny kock med passion behövs. Sängarna för mjuka . Städningen lite dåligt gjord .
Large choix au petit déjeuner avec un personnel chaleureux et souriant
When I arrived and wanted to check in, I was told there would have been a mistake with the prize on booking, and they "couldn't" give me the room for that cheap amount. I was told to cancel the reservation and make a new one via their platform, but they would give me a discount of 50%, with which I would still have to pay double the amount listed on booking.
Also, the first thing I was told: "We tried to reach you" - well, I got an email in the morning on that day, which I couldn't see since I was obviously already traveling. I was wondering, why I didn't receive a SMS. And also why not a few days earlier in advance, so I would not waste my only day I've had in Lund by walking all the way to your hotel for nothing and then searching for and walking to another accommodation.
Booking denied that the mistake was theirs, as claimed by the hotel staff, but refunded the money straight away (after I reached out for them, since the refund didn't happen automatically as I was told). If the hotel values its customers in the slightest, it wouldn’t have shifted the blame onto others (me, because I was supposedly unreachable, or Booking, which supposedly quoted the wrong amount). Ultimately, I was the one who suffered as a customer, even though I hadn’t made any mistake - the hotel staff couldn’t have cared less. I don’t see charging double the price as a gesture of goodwill, any more than I do see the risk that the hotel might have gone bankrupt because of the "wrong price" it quoted (once?). Good customer service looks different.
Das Zimmer zur Hofseite war ruhig, aber leider ohne Balkon.
Die 2 Sessel sind für kleine Menschen wie mich nicht geeignet, weil die Sitzfläche zu lang und zu tief war. Beim Frühstück konnte man die Brötchen kaum durchschneiden, weil sie zu zäh waren. Allgemein war die "Halbpension " sehr dürftig.
God beliggenhed i forhold til motorvej og centrum. Dejligt med køleskab, elkedel og køkkenvask.
Sengen var meget blød.
