Cons:

Das Frühstück ist einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht würdig. Die Eierspeisen waren vorgekocht, ausgetrocknet und dann wieder erhitzt. Auswahl sehr überschaubar. Lage ist ziemlich außerhalb des Stadtzentrums.

Great hotel, just slightly outside the city centre
Pros:

The hotel is located just outside the main city centre of Kilkenny, you can get a taxi to the city centre in 5 mins or walk it in 20.

The hotel is lovely. Staff are friendly, food was really nice. There is an onsite beauty parlour. The pool is really great, it was heated and there is a separate little pool off the main pool for kids. Changing facilities were good and hairdryers there for use.

The only thing that let it down was the first room we were put into smelled of sewage, the smell was coming up the drain in the bathroom. We were moved once we complained and there were no further issues.

I would return to this hotel.
