Fantastic stay in Kilkenny
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and newly renovated. The staff were friendly and efficient. The re was a gym on site and there was a lot of parking. We would highly recommend this hotel.

10/10, definitely worth it
Pros:

Beautiful. Located a little out of town but worth it. Plenty of free parking onsite. Restaurant with good food also on site. We were given free upgrades to a better room and the rooms were amazing. Clean and very comfortable. Staff also lovely

Gut, aber kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Grösse des Zimmers okay. Frühstück sehr gut mit "a la carte" Sachen, Pancakes, eggs, etc.
Essen im Restaurant auch gut, Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer veraltet und nicht sehr gut in Stand gehalten. Zimmer ebenfalls nicht mehr im heutigen Standart.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Had a weekend stay, staff were excellent and very accommodating. All staff were very customer focused. The food was excellent also and good value for money. Easy access to leisure centre.

Wonderful stay overall
Pros:

Great location and beautiful room. We were given a complimentary upgrade which really made our stay. Upgraded room was so spacious. The pool and leisure centre facilities were clean and felt like new. Food and drinks at the bar were top notch.

Cons:

Tech in the room could do with being upgraded. No Netflix or ability to steam to the tv to watch anything as channels were poor. No plugs next to the bed either for charging phones. Water in the shower was either roasting or freezing and hard to get it in between so couldn’t enjoy a good shower.

Ontbijt en vriendelijkheid van het ontbijt serverend personeel.

Cons:

Kamer niet gereed bij inchecken. Geen goed werkende badkamer (kranen en toilet). Schimmel aanwezig. Door defect 7 uur geen stromend water en geen proactief beleid om gasten van water te voorzien.

Quality Hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights on a golf trip. The rooms had been upgraded since our last visit and were very comfortable with an excellent en-suite featuring a walk in shower. Breakfast was very good with a good choice and a nice cooked breakfast done to order. There’s a good size bar that also does food and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly. There’s a good car park and a few charging points for those that need them. It’s only a 10 minute walk down into the lively town of Kilkenny.

Beautifully presented clean and tidy huge car park and comfortable bed
Pros:

Beautiful reception area and outdoor terrace. Swimming pool and gym. When you Walk in smells nice and the bar area is lovely too. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Maids outside the bedrooms were extremely loudly talking and shouting to each other non stop. This is totally unacceptable in a sleeping space area. I was shocked for a hotel of the standard to have staff that have no respect for their client staying.
