Pros:

Modern hotel in a good location.
Pool and gym facilities are excellent.
Food is good quality.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just a small thing but the breakfast buffet could be a bit better. There were no cereal toppings or non-dairy milk for example

Really enjoyed our stay overall.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was close for going in and out of Killarney.

Really good meal choice in the bar and excellent staff, very attentive service.

Leisure facilities really enjoyable. Floor in changing room slippery may need mesh netting when coming into changing room from pool as nearly slipped.

Cons:

Chairs in bedroom not very relaxing or soft for reading in. Really good size room but decor let it down.

Should be more upmarket and not so much white.
