Short but not lived up to the price point. Got the job done won’t be coming back
Pros:

It was clean, the extra fees for parking were crazy I could’ve gotten one of the very open street parkings available

Best Hotel we have had the pleasure of using.
Pros:

We were visiting family, most relaxing hotel stay, we have had in a long time. It was quiet and restful. The staff was really exceptionally helpful and charming. We loved the easy access to the freeway and the ease in and out of the parking area.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could use a boost. But everything was really nice.

Pros:

I’ve been there before. It’s beautiful and centered to all the things we wanted to do near Del Mar.

Cons:

People were allowed to bring their dogs that were not “Service Dogs” and they peed in the elevators leaving a bad odor in the one elevator for the remainder of our stay.

This hotel is consistent with the great standards the Marriott offers. I recommend it.
Pros:

The location was very ideal for the purpose of our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for what we requested. Even though, we couldn't get rooms on the same floor, it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The bed was a little too low for my taste. I would have appreciated if it were elevated. The base squeaked when I laid down or got up from the bed. Also, I felt there should be ice machines on every floor. I had to get on the elevator and go to a different floor to get ice.

Honest opinion
Pros:

Me and my friends came to the bar and honestly had a great time!!! Valet services was top tier, Thomas was excellent and brought us waters and was really kind and guided us to the bar and ordered us a taxi.

Amazing Team
Pros:

Theo was the valet during my stay, and he did a great job. He was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived, and he handled my car and luggage with care. He made the whole arrival process really smooth.
Throughout my stay he was always helpful and had a great attitude. It’s clear he works hard and cares about giving guests a good experience.
