After travelling to Thailand for many years and staying in many nice places, we finally found the little gem. This resort will raise above anyone’s expectations. The staff and service they provide is more than exceptional. The facilities, gardens and pools are fantastic and the highlight is the breakfast at Figs.
Unfortunately it’s our last night here, but we’re already planning to come back.
We celebrated my birthday here, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with a little surprise in our room when we arrived. Thank you very much, to everyone who has put the effort in to put a smile on my face. We love you guys, and we’re definitely coming back. Meg & Tommy.

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin this was our 6th time in club room staff amazing as always lunch time sandwiches available which was very unexpected, canapes on evening seem to get better every year. Archery in a morning is great a huge thank you to Thor, Tony and Ter. The staff at regency club can't do enough for you so helpful. Hopefully we will definitely go again.
Relaxing resort style hotel, with lots of green space, nice pools and a lot of privacy. Direct access to the beach. Also conveniently located next to the Cicada Night Market!
Breakfast is nice but not as many options to similar resort style properties.
Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. We choose a pool access room which was just brilliant and I would highly recommend. The room was large and well maintained. There were two sun loungers and an umbrella in the private garden area where you could step directly into the pool.
The Breakfast buffet was good with a large selection of dishes, but on weekends you may have to wait for a seat between 8.30 and 10.00am so be prepared.
There was a well-equipped gym with enough aerobic equipment that you didn't have to wait too long to use. Most days we were the only people in the gym. There was also a good range of free weights.
Make sure you check the tide times if you are going to walk along the beach as access south of the hotel on the beach is restricted when the tide is in.

Some may find the renovations outdated
In our view, the Hyatt Regency has easily regained its #1 position as the premier hotel in Hua Hin. We were perennial visitors for many years until things went awry for a while. But now all is tickety-boo and magnificent again, and we could not be happier. And we shall continue to return each year; it was a delight from our first day to the last.
Situated on the best stretch of beach (please research seasonal tidal fluctuations, as the beach can go from being wide enough to land several Jumbo jets to no beach at all), this hotel is a dreamlike vision of manicured lawns, tropical plants and an inviting freeform swimming pool sparkling in the sunshine.
The praiseworthy staff are warm and welcoming throughout; a cordial team ethos led by Marco Silvestro Avitabile, the genial general manager.
The restaurants serve delicious food to suit every taste, and the tranquil Regency Club is definitely an option worth considering.
We love this hotel and its wonderful personnel - and there is a good chance you will love it too!

Excellent experience in this hotel and this is first time for my husband, we love Hyatt Hua Hin very much. The garden swimming pool and room really beautiful. Actually I was booked only 3 night here because I have others place to show my husband but after stay only 2 nights my husband said " we will stay here until we going back to Bangkok". Staffs are friendly and really helpful. Me and my husband highly recommend.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast buffet catered for every diet.
Nice and clean with really relaxed atmosphere. Set back from the main road so really quiet, with a free golf buggy to transfer you between reception and main gate. Direct access to the beach (beach not private and no sun loungers) but who needs the beach when there are numerous pools at the hotel (that are kept spotless) with plenty of sun loungers and space around them and the gardens. Fresh towels available for the sun loungers. Daily room service with (free) fresh bottled water. Plenty of choice at breakfast (western and eastern / Asian) that is fresh and replenished during the breakfast service period. Only negative is the pricing of lunch and dinner menus at the various hotel restaurants, our family felt they were a little on the high side (and reflective by the level of custom during these times) so didn't eat at the hotel at these times - plenty of restaurant / cafe / bar choice in Hua Hin to overcome this.
