Delightfully comforting
Pros:

Rooms were clean , though the 1st floor limited open window accessibility. I should have asked to be on the 2nd floor for privacy.

Cons:

1st floor lack of privacy. My room faced the flower garden and there was no privacy.

Vintage Vibe
Pros:

The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the picturesque Queen Street, surrounded by stunning scenery. In front of the hotel, there is a lovely garden that guests can explore. The hotel features an outdoor pool with a bar that serves refreshments to those lounging by the pool. The backyard is well-maintained and inviting. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, and the dining area had a charming vintage ambiance, accompanied by a delightful breakfast selection.

Cons:

The rooms need to be renovated.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area!
Pros:

The hotel is very pretty and quaint feeling. The location is good for proximity to main town area. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Flowers and plants and a beautiful park across the street. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

The rooms are nice but are starting to show some wear. For the price of the room they should touch up the paint.

The price was very high for a room that was supposed to be 5 stars and was not.
Pros:

The turn down service was great and the roses too. The pools were nice. The lounge was great and the staff were amazing. The shuttle and driver were very good. The air conditioner was replaced and our room was cleaned thoroughly for us in the morning.

Cons:

We did not like that our room had a very loud air conditioning unit that kept us up most of the night. One of the beds had black stains on the sheets and stains on the bed skirt. My wife also had some sort of bug or spider crawl on her in the middle of the night, which did not help with the lack of sleep issue. It was our wedding anniversary the next day and we were like zombies for most of the day, due to lack of sleep. The credit given to us for the inconvenience's was definitely not sufficient enough in my opinion.

The gardens were absolutely gorgeous I had no idea they would be so wonderful. Ruth from transportation was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area. Front desk staff was also excellent.

Cons:

Some random loud person was knocking on our door in the middle of the night.

Pleasant and good.
Pros:

We didn't make use of any of the facilities other than the room and lounges for dinner and breakfast, both of which were good. The dinner lounge carried the distinct odour of bleach which was rather unpleasant. Changing tables/places helped the matter considerably. This is not a complaint, I am aware that cleanliness is a must.

Cons:

See above.
